Justin was excellent in diagnosing and repairing out heater/thermostat and complete the job in a timely manner. He was kind and communicated with us every step of the way. We found One Hour to be very reasonably priced, on time and precise.

Mike Bell , the technician arrived at my home timely. He was courteous and respected my house by putting on shoe covers and face mask to ensure my safety from Covid virus. He listened to my concerns about how my A/C unit was functioning. He did some troubleshooting and discovered the problem with the A/C unit. He took the time to explain what was wrong and talked about the part that needed replacement. Addition, he made suggestions about how to better improve the functionality of the A/C system. Mr Bell had a great attitude and was more than happy to help, even though it was after midnight when the job was completed. I highly recommend Mike Bell and One-Hour Heating and Cooling.

Our attic is very small so the wotk was very challenging . I couldn't be happier with the results! I can t wait to see the difference in the quality of our air and our lower utility bills!

We have had our unit for a while now. They were the ones that installed it and have serviced it when necessary. We have a monthly plan, which means they come out twice a year to maintain. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. Even the office staff is patient and compassionate. Love them!

I've been customer of the company for over a year now. Decided to take advantage of the membership / subscription plan. Really paid off when he came time to do some maintenance upgrades. Mike bell, The servicer Who did my HVAC check up this time did a very thorough job and pointed out some important areas that needed to be taken care of asap and even took note of problem that have been overlooked in the past.

Super quick and professional! We've been fighting with our home warranty since last night to get someone out to fix our AC, one hour got us on their wait list this morning and had someone out before our home warranty could even think about sending someone.
