Today Josh Callahan and Michael Suarez came for 2 different services. Josh came for a routine maintenance appointment and Michael spoke to me about AC unit options. Both were great, professional and never pressured me into a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. Josh sat and spoke to me about all my options and gave me the choice to speak with an advisor regarding a new unit and was never pushy or rude. Honestly, out of all the service people that have come to my home, these 2 are my absolute favorite and they are the reason I'm sticking with 1-Hour AC and heating!

Michael was incredible! Nicest guy you'll ever meet. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and talked through every option with me and my husband. He explained everything clearly and concise. I couldn't be happier with the decision we made to buy a whole brand new AC unit. This company is very impressive. The guarantees are phenomenal. The service is impeccable.
