One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Great experience! Would recommend highly.
We had an emergency situation come up Saturday night our air conditioner was not working. Went out and saw that the fan was not spinning spinning so I called one hour air conditioning they came out repaired it was after midnight when they got finished and it was working great. Had the opportunity to Talk with Zac, He showed us all our options and broke everything down very simply and easily and we were sold from the beginning.
Great company to deal with.

Every time we use One Hour they are super communicative. Phone call/text to book appointment. I personally love the text option as I never have to worry about missing a phone call from an unknown number. They send a picture of your technician along with a link to learn more about them before they show up. The techs are always friendly and Mike was fantastic today. He put up with my crazy kid and loud dogs and a constant shadow/company wherever he went in the house 🤣🤦‍♀️ they wear covers over their shoes and complete their work in a very timely manner while explaining everything and answering any questions you might have! Thanks Mike and One Hour

Brad and the company reached out several times after the visit to try to push us to finance a brand new system, even after we declined a few times. We had two other technicians come out to take a look and they said we were just low on freon. When we asked Brad about refilling the freon, we were told "there is probably a leak somewhere and we wouldn't be able to find it, so the best bet is to just replace the system. We offer financing." We went with the other guys who fixed it for under a thousand, and haven't had problems since. It felt like we were just being pushed to spend money instead of actually fix the problem. I'm not sure if I would use One Hour again.

We had Brad Wilson come out and take a look at our AC system. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us about what the problem was. He discussed the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, and when we decide what we want to do, we will absolutely be giving him a call! Thank you Brad!

I would 100% recommend using One hour air conditioning for any services needed!! Michael was very professional and efficient. He got us a deal we couldn’t pass up, and because of him and the One hour team we are confident in knowing our home will be nice and cool in this hot summer heat!!

Justin always does a good job maintaining my system and always keeps me aware of any potential issues.

When my AC died during 100+ heat, every other company i tried wouldn't answer the phone or be able to come out for several days. One Hour Air got someone out to me at 10pm, and my system was being replaced by the next morning. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get out to me and get things fixed so my animals, elderly father, and myself didn't have to suffer in the heat any longer than necessary to do the job.

Brad Wilson was awesome! Great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure my ac system was working properly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs ac work. I am very pleased with his help. Give brad a raise!!
