Mike has always been consistent with his assessment and course of action for the HVAC system that I have. He has never been anything but professional and very knowledgeable. That's what I love about One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating they try to keep you with the same technician to build a lasting relationship.

We’ve used One Hour for several years. They have great customer service and their service technicians are top notch. It’s always aggravating when the AC or heat is out, but One Hour is responsive and the pricing is fair.

Mike works hard and sings while he works. He explained everything throughout his visit. He was here the whole afternoon and even cleaned up my floor afterwards. He took pictures of before and after.

Brad Wilson came out asset our concerns, investigated, made contact with his chain of command and they have come up with a solution to address our issues. We are very pleased with the unit they installed almost a year ago, they stand behind their products. And always very professional. We will continue to use them and recommend them to. Thank you. I called this company for identity issues for my AC and they told 79.99 for diagnose the issue. One guy came and check leaking of inside unit and gave me a bill for 280 dollars and told me there is no issues for the ac. And he asked me for another 150 for checking lekage in outside unit (coil) I refuse it and they went back without diagnose issue and I paid only 79.99.

Very bad service. Beware of them and clearly ask about money before calling them.

Absolute professionalism from all employees involved. Our AC melted down, had a repair tech the next day who diagnosed the issue (it was completely shot), and we had a brand new system installed by 11 am the next day and the house was cooling.

Justin was great, very helpful and knowledgeable on the system and explained what he was doing as well as how the system works.

One Hour Air put installed our hvac three years ago. Since then we have been on the maintenance program. I do not normally choose to partake in extra warranties, maintenance programs, etc, but I’m so glad we did with this. Hvac systems are so expensive and pretty necessary, so having the crew at One Hour Air look things over twice a year is worth every penny. The girls in the office are always very nice when arranging our appointments, and every crew member that has been to our house has always been polite, and respectful. Mike Bell has done all three winter inspections and he’s just the greatest! He’s super friendly, very thorough, and great at explaining the status and recommendations for our system. There are a lot of options when it comes to repairing or replacing your system. It can be overwhelming deciding who to go with. We are very lucky we went with One Hour Air!
