Jason came to fix our AC during the summer, when it was pushing cold air. Not once did he make us feel like we were just a number in his schedule. He patiently explained how the AC unit works, what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and educated us some of the maintenance we can do on our own.

In October, our thermostat stopped working, couldn't turn on the heat. I reached out to Jason. He responded within minutes and spend the next 1-2 hours helping me trouble shoot various things that could have gone wrong. He sent me texts, sent pictures, walked me through potential issues over the phone. We were able to resolve the issue and turn on the heat before going to sleep in cold weather with 2 little ones at home over the weekend!

Jason is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service! He will be our number one contact for all future HVAC needs and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thanks Jason!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. I was having an emergency at my business, I own a salon with a few employees, our A/C started failing during the hottest week of the summer. The indoor temperature was in the 90s and we couldn’t work. I called 6 companies and they were the only one who could come out help us. Our tech, Jason, diagnosed our issue very quickly. We needed a new condenser motor and with parts being really difficult to procure in this point in time, he tried to set my expectations between 1 day and 2 weeks (or more). Every day we’re closed, we’re losing $1,000s and my employees aren’t able to make any money, so I was distraught, but understanding. I paid for the work and the part and hoped for the best. The next morning their receptionist let me know they have the motor and my issue would be fixed later that day. 26hrs after the initial visit Jason was back and repaired our A/C. I was floored, I had been so sure this was going to be a detrimental situation. As I was thanking him for his work he said that he made it a personal priority to locate this part and get our A/C fixed immediately. I rarely feel seen as a small business owner, and today I feel like this company went above and beyond to make sure my company was able to function. I will 100% be using them in the future and referring anyone who needs HVAC help.

With the brutal Texas heat, EVERYONE’S AC is working overtime and evidently, tons are failing. I am so thankful that Lifetimez was able to come out SAME DAY. Our AC went out, and I called other places in the area. For new clients, their wait time was give or take a few days. From the moment I called Lifetimez, their rep (Kathy) was extremely sweet and helpful, and Tony (our technician) was absolutely wonderful and personable. This place has saved me thousands of dollars and can’t say good enough things about them. Year after year of excellence service I finally decided to do a review. About two years, the owner or more experienced tech (not sure which) found that my AC had a warranty that I didn’t even know about when my AC broke, that allowed me to get a brand new AC under warranty. The most recent encounter happened when I needed a new capacitor, AC broke on a Friday night, they were here on Saturday morning during a heat advisory. Amazing work from the people who answer the phones to the techs. It’s so great that customer is thriving in this company.

A Technician came out to provide a winter maintenance checkup. He was on time, profesional, polite, and honest. He quickly took care of the business of making sure my system was safe and ready for the winter. I also signed up their bi-annual maintenance program... so now I don't have to worry about calling someone to come out. They will handle all that.
