I have been nicely surprised at the high level of customer service US AIR provides when dealing with HVAC service and repairs. From the first call and conversation with Jean, I felt my concerns were addressed and her efforts were to provide me with efficient service in determining the problem and to look at solutions. Steve apprised me he was on the way to my house and arrived on time. Knowledgable, efficient and excellent at taking time to answer my questions and concerns. Followup appointments were handled by Steve in the same professional manner. I am very pleased with USAIR and recommend them as a company that is professional from start to finish.

My experience was terrible. I had my compressor replaced in May 2020 and in May 2021 no AC. The tech came out and said I didn't have any freon in the unit and want to charge me $1200.00 dollars. All of the freon vanished all of a sudden . Not happy with this company at all. The tech should have checked for the leak. Steve was not professional at all to me. My air is working fine without a new unit .

Replaced the air scrubber. We have been doing business with these folks for more than 12 yrs. and have always received great service. Would highly recommend to anyone, unless you have American Home Shield. They are not a contractor for this insurance coverage.

I thought I was buying a Rheem unit from the company. The tec suggested I save some money by paying cash. He told me it was the same deal, warrantee, unit and all. When the install was a mess and I called the company they were unaware. At first they acted like they were going to call the law, fire their man and make me happy. Now it seems I'm just screwed.

US Heating and Cooling provided excellent service.

We had a couple of unrelated issues that were causing poor airflow and inconsistent heating across our house.

On the initial visit they dramatically improved the issue and gave us several recommendations to remediate the issues. This cost us nothing. While they were here I asked for a quote for replacing the downstairs ductwork which was 40 years old, leaking and filthy. They provided a very competitive estimate, and within a week came and completed the work, on time, on budget, and with a favorable outcome.

Since US Air Heating and Cooling came our house has been noticeably more comfortable AND the furnace has been running fewer hours per day. I will recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

First Ronnie(one of the owners) answered multiple emails re my questions on a Saturday before even coming to my home for initial service call. Then Curt was thorough and timely despite his busy schedule during hot weather and other emergency calls.

He patiently addressed all my questions re all 3 units and gave estimates that were fairly priced compared to some other known large HVAC service businesses in Charlotte. He and an assistant Efficiently put in a new Lennox HVAC unit that actually matched the coil and blower, which wasn’t the case with the original unit but the builder had put in when the home was purchased apparently. I previously had been asked to consider replacing the coil and THX valve by another company service tech, but Curt recognized that this particular unit did not have such a valve.
He also took the trouble to put a couple hard starts on my other two units and some rubber elements to straighten out one of the units that was tilted.

Then a couple hours after completing the installation, I noted a problem with a room not cooling afterward. This was actually a pre-existing issue that he was able able to solve over the phone by coaching me through a few steps to locate manual dampers. I credit his “actual concern” for the customer in resolving this simply and quickly over the phone and saving another service call.
When you pay a fair price and get good service what more can you ask for? Thanks Ronnie and Curt!

Our first contact with US Air Heating and Cooling was with Ronnie Rawdon.
We met him at midnight when he came out to service our air conditioner
that was not working in the middle of summer. He was knowledgeable,
explained what was happening and doing and respectful.
Recently we had our furnace serviced and an air scrubber plus installed.
Steve Hughes and Jamie Donald did a great job. Steve explained each step
of the air scrubber to us as it will function in our home. Both men were
respectful and polite. Each of the worked well together, were knowledgeable
of the job to answer our questions. They were a pleasure to have in our
home. We will ask for this tea every time and hope they are available.
