US Air Heating and Cooling

US Air H&C installed a new compressor in December, and said they would follow-up with a whole house (3 system) complimentary inspection. They did - and they contacted me about it. It was easy to set up a convenient time, and the communication before and after the inspection was excellent. The technician was very professional.

We had an issue with our AC and they were able to send someone out the next day - Super easy and friendly scheduling process. Josh was great - Great communication, helpful, explained the issue and took the time to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

My experience with the office team and service techs was excellent. Both of my outdoor units were not working and this was my first use of US Air. They are very knowledgeable and professional through the entire process. Jean in the office helped me understand what might be the problem, she quickly confirmed my warranty was still in effect, and told me what I wanted to know about availability of parts that might need to be replaced. She scheduled a service visit for the same day. Josh and Coleman arrived on time, they did a thorough inspection and tested all of the components to confirm what was broken. They answered all of our questions in detail and helped us understand the different options to get our system repaired. I have found a reliable heating and air company that obviously takes pride in what they do.

This level of service comes unexpected. No long waits, courteous and rapid responses, friendly and fast techs. Our whole house system was removed and new installed the same day. No surprise additional costs, no attempted upsells. The entire transaction done by text, email and phone call and paid with ApplePay. So easy!

US Air is AMAZING to say the least. They are very professional and always on time. They have done several jobs for me and will be doing many more. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Had to call 3 times because they were a no call no show. When they finally came to clean my ducts they did a great job. Had them come back out to do maintenance and some other work. But the guy didn’t bring equipment for other work. He said he would send me an estimate within about 30 minutes but I never heard back.

Technician took time to explain issues and provide photos. I felt he was honest, on time, and professional

Installers introduced themselves, were on time, polite, wore shoe protectors so as not to soil carpeting, diligent to get the job done, explained problem with old system, cleaned up and removed old materials. Would recommend both installers and estimator to do a good job at a very competitive price. LA Clover

My tech Al was very knowledgeable, and transparent with me through out the entire service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have their AC looked at.
