US Air Heating and Cooling

Update: After posting this review, US Air was very quick to respond to my concerns and they were great in resolving the issue. They have been very responsive over the last two years and I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

We had US Air replace our duct work 2 years ago and one of the ducts was held in place with less than 1/2 inch of duct tape around the vent. Needless to say, this did not last very long and we were charged $239.00 for them to fix their mistake. In fairness, they did respond promptly and their service up to this point has been great but I do not feel that I should have to pay for their installation mistake. They did install a support brace this time which should have been done the first time, but live and learn.

Have used US Air 3 times so far and every time they were professional and quick to resolve the issue. All the technicians are knowledgable and their prices are competitive.

From the arrival time to the departure, the US Air Heating and Cooling technician, Briar was professional and kept me well informed of the work being performed during the service being performed. Have contracted with them on several occasions including replacing my HVAC system, cleaning my duct work and cleaning my dryer vent. Would highly recommend them.

We have two AC units in our Fort Mill townhouse. Our AC was not working and we received a previous estimate from a different HVAC company to replace both units. It turns out that one of the units was fine but we just didn't realize it was working properly. US Air came in and provided an estimate to replace only the one that was not working, saving us thousands. We called US Air on a Tuesday for the estimate, received the estimate immediately after the technician's review and 2 days later we now have a great new AC system. The 2 technicians that came to install the system were prompt, efficient, professional and polite. (They both refused to accept a tip when they were finished) I would recommend US Air to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system. Thank you so much.

Steve was great. He listened to my trying to imitate the sounds I heard from my AC unit and from that he diagnosed the problem! And he gave me a scientific explanation of the issue with the proper terminology to use instead of my sound imitations. He examined the AC unit to doublecheck. He fixed everything, including our peace of mind. US Air Heating & Cooling has been great. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer for over eight years and US Air Heating and Cooling has never failed in delivering the best service. They care for my A/C and heating. Every year, around April, I get a reminder email to service the A/C for the summer. Then another email reminder around September to service my heating
