Heat was out yesterday so I called them based on their good reviews.
I made the right choice! The manager, Curt and the owner showed up at the precise time they stated. I also liked how they gave me a text saying they were en route. They checked it out and diagnosed the situation. They had to get a part for it and luckily, the place they called had one in stock for our old unit.
They had heat running again withing 4 hours of their first arrival.
I thought the pricing was competitive and I even signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I definitely called the right place!
They got a new customer yesterday!

We have been using US Air for over 10 years now and have been very satisfied with them. They are honest, dependable, and never try to sell you anything you do not need. We have been using Steve as our technician for the past couple years as he is very competent and a pleasure to work with.

We recently switched to US Air from another company. They installed a new AC unit for us last summer and we couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service and communication. They’re very knowledgeable and trustworthy unlike the my previous service provider who was constantly trying to up sell and overcharge me on products and services that I didn’t want or need. US Air gets my highest recommendation!

We had an issue with our furnace that was not easy to diagnoise. Unfortunately they need to come several times which may not seem ok but I was extremely impressed and felt good about the outstanding support, customer service, and dedication to make sure it was right. They did not stop until we were satisfied and even though they came out several times, we were not charged. They kept working the problem. It is nice when it can be fixed quickly but it feels much better knowing that you have someone who will be there support you no matter what. I highly recommend them as they are truely customer focused and in this case they were focused on the comfort of my family! Thank you US Air Heating and Cooling!

First time we used this firm and I wasn't disappointed. The tech, I believe his name was Andrew, was very courteous and thorough. Our appointment was for a furnace tune up but a A/C issue regarding condensation was discovered and it was brought to my attention immediately. Andrew explained the problem clearly and presented our options. He was able to remediate it right then and completed the furnace tune up.

I had to have a new HVAC installed. They were nice enough to review all of the choices with me and make sure I chose the right unit for my needs. Installation went smoothly and passed inspection. The unit is much quieter than the previous unit and I am pleased with the way everything turned out. I would recommend US Air to anyone who needs their services.

I called in May for a water damage stain on the ceiling from the AC unit. They came out charged $69 for the visit to tell me it was an old stain that bled through the ceiling. I believed them being the experts. Now today I have water pouring through my ceiling at that spot from the AC unit. When I called I was met with a lady that didn’t really care, but told me she could charge me to send someone out again. The manager got on the phone and again told me the spot they came for in May was an old spot. Funny though that now I have water pouring from that same spot. I have used this company for YEARS!!! They have always had the best customer service and prices. They have gone above and beyond for us when our AC went out at our old house with a new baby. We recommended them to everyone. Very disappointed with my experience today. They lost a long time loyal customer.

My husband and I have been using US Air and Heating for the past 3years. The technicians are very polite and knowledgeable. They explain what has to be done. Yesterday, Steven came to our home to fix our air conditioner. Unfortunately, Steven was not able to fix the unit, because I have a home warranty service contract and US Air Heating and Cooling was not on their list. Steven was very nice and had a lot of patience explaining everything.

US Air has been maintaining our heating and AC units for many years. The technicians are, most importantly, very experienced, prompt and leave the area clean after the full inspection is completed. I particularly like the fact that all communications are done by email. They initiate the twice yearly appointment so I never have to worry about remembering the service, always accommodating my schedule. Needless to say I continue to recommend this company for heating and cooling services.

The customer service that we just received is remarkable. Our fireplace went out and we called these wonderful people. Prior experiences with other local heating and cooling companies had not went well. Their technician JAMIE was beyond our expectations. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was polite and very informative not only this issue but another issue at my gym. We signed up for their year service program and will use them from this day forward.
