The crew from US Air that come out to install the HVAC system were very professional and did a fantastic job. From the initial quote to the installation, staff were very prompt, friendly and professional. Installation went smoothly, quick, and without issue. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Very polite technicians and they are very willing to explain the findings.They are also very willing to change air filters in the rest of the house if you have them available. Very good experience. They never try to upsell you for things you don’t need. I highly recommend this company.

We had an urgent need to have our heat pump assessed due to a collision with a delivery truck. We are very appreciative that US Air Heating and Cooling got us on their schedule quickly. Curt came out quickly and gave us an honest and fair appraisal. Highly recommend.

I read many reviews prior to giving US AIr my business, well to add to many of the others, Curt and the crew did an outstanding job! It was a hot day and installing 2 air and 2 furnaces and thermostats is a huge task. They left everything perfect, took all garbage away and was very respectful. Thanks for everything fantastic job. These guys know their business if you are thinking don't hesitate you will not be disappointed.

When our AC went out during a major heat wave US Air Heating and Cooling was here within the hour to help get our unit checked out and working again ASAP. We can't thank them enough for their responsiveness and Jamie's ability to help get our house cooled back down for our 4 month old. US Air Heating and Cooling definitely just found customers for life.

Jamie was our technician. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was on time and had our unit up and working in less than an hour . Thanks us air. We have a new go to for our heating and air needs!

During the visit, Steve was extremely friendly, helpful, and shared some of his knowledge to me. He asked if I had any filters that would like to be replaced (if it was time to replace) and I said sure because I was due within the next couple of weeks.

While here he adjusted the manual dampers to allocated air flow better between down/up and he also ran a maintenance check of all heating areas in the attic. During it, he discovered that the Run Module was not working within the correct voltage level, so he suggested replacing, but noted that it is not failing at the moment. I took it as a service/maintenance the same way that I would handle the starter in my engine bay of a car, and was happy that he caught the issue now before my fan doesn't blow heat at one point for me and then I'm stuck waiting on an emergency call and paying a service fee as well.

Steve was the tech that first came to my home in August 2020 and I was happy to see him again today in January 2021. He is extremely helpful and I'm glad he is an honest tech. I asked a few additional questions, such as recommendations to make the best of the space with airflow and he confirmed that the best option would be dual zones, but he explained what the cost would be with that. Definitely something I am thinking of for the future, depending on our timeline of expectations in the home.

When Steve with US Air Heating and Cooling comes, I always feel confident that I am not being taken advantage of, which sometimes is rare in this industry. Thanks for everything!

This company installed my AC system over 10 years ago.
During all this time they continued servicing it and are prompt in solving whatever problem I have. Sometimes they had not even charged for the visit. They are very reliable.
ALSO, they came promptly when I call them to repair my swimming pool heat pump, and did a fast and great job. I am very happy with them.

The tech was excellent, personable and very polite. Unfortunately, the original installer made an error, but during the service call (for another issue), the technician spotted the error and corrected it.
