US Air Heating and Cooling installed a dryer pipe for me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Communication was great throughout the entire process (scheduling, when techs were on the way and during the appointment). Pricing was upfront, Andrew and Chris were friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend this company and will use again in the future.

Today was our 2nd excellent experience with US Air heating and cooling! I contacted them a week ago because one out our AC units was not cooling to the set thermostat temperature. I contacted them through Thumbtack at 5:40 pm and they were here by 7:30 that day! Curt was able to assess the problem and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. While he was here he got us signed up for the 2x annual maintenance package. Thankfully he did, because our other unit started slipping the following week.

Steve was at the house a few minutes before the beginning of the 30 minute window I was expecting him (they always text when they're on their way). He cleaned and inspected both units and diagnosed and refilled the low refrigerant on the 2nd unit all in about 30 minutes. Best of all, we received a nice discount on the cost of refrigerant because we now have our maintenance with them!

I highly recommend US Air for any AC problems, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Both of the Pros that assisted us were friendly and knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were more timely than I could have imagined.

I contacted US Air Heating and Cooling for service at 5:51pm. I received a call back within 10 minutes and they had a technician at my house in less than 2 hours. I received status updates via text message confirming my appointment and letting me know when the technician was on his way to my home. Jonathan and Daniel were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The service was completed promptly and they suggested additional service options without being pushy. I’m pleased with the service I received and recommend this company.

We had US Air Heating and Cooling install our heat pump two years ago and they did an excellent job, and were very courteous and responsive. This past week the compressor went out (which was under warranty), and Steve Craig came out and had it up and running in no time. We are also having them install new duct work next week. Thanks to Ronnie, Jean, and all the gang at US Air Heating and Cooling for their excellent work. I highly recommend them!!!

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service I received from the technicians Steve and Taylor from US Air Heating and Cooling when they came to repair my AC unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in their repair. The overall experience was hands-down a five-star one and I would heartily recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their heating and air unit. Their quality of service combined with their 24-7 availability make it a no-brainer in my book to call them. They will definitely be my go-to company I call in the future with all of my AC/Heating needs.

I highly recommend this company. The guy who come was a US army veteran very friendly and honest person. The price that he charged me was very reasonable very fair he arrived on time and fix the problem. I will definitely call this company again. If I could I would give this company 100 stars.

I was able to speak to someone when I called and was so relieved that my questions were being answered instead of getting a sales pitch for a cleaning contract! I hate sales pitches. The manager came out to look and discussed what I needed done and honored my budget constraints too. The young men who came out to do the work were very pleasant and professional. From the standpoint of a single woman, the whole experience set my mind at ease, and I have a cooler house now!
UPDATE:
Two months later I noticed AC air flow wasn't what it should be. The technician found the problem and fixed the disconnect. He was so kind even when I got emotional, and he went above and beyond to explain how things work and put my mind at rest. The customer service from this company has been phenomenal! Professional, proficiently skilled, and graciously kind! Will recommend always!

Not only did we buy our Air conditioner/Heating unit from them, today they installed a gas connection for a range. Back when we had them install "gas line", they told us that since we had to wait 3months for our stove "they would come back when ready to hook up gas stove. We had a short notice on delivery of the gas stove, and US Air worked out their schedule to accommodate our time. They were here when we asked them to be here and they went over and above to help us out. The 2 men were very helpful and educated us with the importance of natural gas. We will constantly refer your company for all the services that you offer.
