US Air Heating and Cooling

I have used US Air Heating and Cooling for the last 5 years. I switched to them because the previous company kept finding things "wrong" and charging me a fortune. Ronnie's company was recommended to me by others in my neighborhood. I signed up with him and it was the best decision I could have made. The come in two times a year and test everything out. They give me a detailed report of what they found. When something needs to be done they discuss all of the options. it was time to get a new Air Conditioner and furnace last year. US Air Heating and Cooling came to our house and had three different choices for replacement for us to choose from. They talked to us about the 3 options. There was no pressure to go one way or the other. We put the middle option in and our heating and cooling bills went down about a third. I am a very satisfied customer.

Just had a recent maintenance review and the tech was very helpful and thorough in his inspection. From crawling up into the attic space to working on the outside unit, he took his time with his inspection. He was kind and courteous, even taking off his shoes as he entered my home. I am well pleased with US Air Heating and Cooling. I am happy that I found them. Thanks for replacing my air filters !!!!

I have an annual maintenance contract for my business and am extremely happy I was able to work with US Air. I had difficulty finding a HVAC company that worked on commercial machines. I called multiple companies with no response. I ran into a staff member in a parking lot one day and asked could if he could help me set up an appointment. I’ve been working with US Air for almost a year and couldn’t be more pleased with the standard of service, from timely call back to knowledgeable and friendly staff like Taylor, my last tech I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. As a small business owner I’m appreciative that other companies treat their customers as I strive to do myself.

We had a different company out to look at our system before and while they were nice we figured we would get someone else out. I can guarantee you we will not be going to any other company than US Air. The service manager was constantly keeping me updated, the techs were on time, texted me, called me, professional guys. Even though we had a pricey repair I at least have confidence in knowing it was fixed and will last. HIGHLY recommend!

We had US Air come out for our Spring cleaning. Steve Craig did a great job. We had two visits. The first he replaced the air condition filter and the furnace. He described what he did to the unit in terms I understood. The second trip he worked on the air unit outside. He even trimmed the bushes around the unit for me. He said he did not want for me to pay someone since he does that work at home. He also raised the unit 6 inches to prevent junk and debris from clogging the unit. He also cleaned the inside of the compressor. I was very pleased with his work. I requested him for my fall cleaning.

Excellent customer service from the gentleman who came out to evaluate to the guys who installed our system. We were put on the calendar quickly; the installation was completed and cleaned up all in the same day. Everyone was thorough to make sure I was satisfied with the process and the unit. Highly recommend.

Pretty simple my furnace went out, called one hvac company they could not fix, called us air they came out and now im warm

This company in my opinion does a great job. Two times I have had to call them and guess what....same day they were there to fix my air conditioning. If you need someone to count on please give them a call and tell them Joyce sent you. These guys are on time all the time and if you get in a pickle they do everything they can to come out same day and take care of you. They do my yearly maintenance on my units and i do not need anyone else when I can count on these guys. Love you guys and I am glad I can count on you. Thanks

Listed work request on Home advisor and got very quick response from them. Set up appointment for next day. Technician was knowledgeable
and was able to make the repair quickly. He did not try to sell me on anything additional. Will definitely recommend them.

I just had US Air replace my A/C and furnace with an upgraded model. They did quality work and all their employees are extremely polite. I had proposals from five different companies and I thought their proposal represented the best value for the equipment I got.
