Had a great experience with Elite, even if my wallet feels like it got hit by a Mac truck! Their team came in and was able to install 2 new AC and heating units for my house and took about 5 hours! The technicians on site were able to answer all of my questions; and even entertained my kid's talent show! I also appreciate them for warning us about the HORRIBLE smell from the heating units getting turned on for the first time (apparently it has to burn off a wax coating?). I was able to prepare by opening doors and windows while also setting up fans to air out the house.

I’m very pleased with the installation of the Bosch inverter system for my finished basement. Those guys did a great job, they know their stuff! Very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Highly recommend!

The two technicians were on time, and very professional. The Elite Air & Heat technicians quickly diagnosed the problem, did the repair and provided a very detailed explanation. Also gave me advice on the filters that I use and how frequently I should change them. I would highly recommend them.

My air went out after I got home from work and I called Elite she answered on the second ring. Corey came out in 30 minutes he was very nice and repaired my ac unit. I highly recommend this company.

A/C unit upstairs stopped working yesterday. Called this morning and got a prompt response and appointment scheduled. Showed up 5 minutes early. Did a prompt diagnosis of the system and was able to explain to me what he did to fix it. Also signed up for maintenance plan to start getting regular maintenance on both systems. Would highly recommend!

Jason came out to clean and inspect our heating and cooling system they had previously installed and did a great job! He was courteous, on-time, answered any questions I had, and set me up with future services at a reasonable price. Customer service from their call-center was excellent as well, so I would definitely recommend Elite Air & Heat!

Chris did a great job at bringing my a/c up to the demands of summer. I joined the program that gives you 2 visits a year, 20% discount on parts, and priority service if I have problems. Makes sense to me. I initially learned about Elite through Neighborhood dot com. I am very glad that I switched service companies. They sent a reminder and also a text with a picture of the service technician.

Elite stepped in when Brothers dropped the ball and couldn't respond when our AC went out. Tommy came out and did a quick diagnosis then he and Rob helped us discover that Brothers had also failed to register the unit with the distributor when it was installed six years ago. All of my future business will go to Elite.

Excellent service overall! They came the same day that I called (Sunday). Elite Air & Heat sent out Tommy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough about what he was doing and always offered the explanation of
why he was doing it. I highly recommend this company!

We have used Elite for about a year to service the HVAC system in our home and have been incredibly happy with the service. We recently decided to upgrade the 20+ year old system so we asked them to give us some options on performance and price. We ultimately decided on a new Bosch heat pump system because of the features and benefits as well as the value. From the time of the order through installation the team from Elite communicated well and delivered on time. Their install technicians did a great job and addressed even the smallest details. They made sure we were 100% satisfied with the installation and operation of the new system before they left AND they cleaned up everything before leaving. I don't know why anyone would use anyone other than Elite Heat and Air for their home.
