Ryan and Trey were AWESOME! They arrived on time and they worked very hard cause it was hot today. They were pleasant, professional, friendly and hard-working. My house is comfortable again.

Also the owner of the company Jamie worked with me to give me his best price. Daniel was the first one to come to the house and he was professional and pleasant too. He told me exactly what was going on with my AC and showed me pictures. I would absolutely use them again and again. They are my number one hometown team!!

Rob, Jason and the team at Elite Air & Heat did an amazing job today. It was HOT, HOT, HOT! They were able to fit me in quickly with very little notice and install a new HVAC system for my upstairs. They were professional, courteous and quick. As a licensed contractor myself in multiple states for 30 years, I deal with alot of HVAC company. Meeting Rob to go over my need is all I needed to have his team complete the job. Very knowledgeable and not a typical salesman. Very personable. Will use them again in the very near future!

I feel like this company took advantage of me.The tech that came to my home wasn't specific when it came down to charging me. Although he explained everything that he was doing I was unaware of what I was being charged of. He didn't tell me the price of what was being done outside of my diagnostic. If I had known the price of the job that he was doing outside of the diagnostic fee I wouldn't have had it done because it was unaffordable for me. First he told me that I needed refrigerate, which he didn't tell me the price before doing then turn around and tells me I need a whole new ac unit. And when I called them to explain my frustration they were just dismissive and just cared about me buying a new ac unit from them. Very disappointed with this company cause I thought they were trustworthy

I can not say enough about the quality of service we received from our technician. We have had multiple companies come out and put bandaids on our unit ultimately trying to sell us a new unit vs repairing ours but our unit is only a few years old so we were not ready to do that (apparently previous owners took shortcuts when having the new unit installed. Our technician knew this information coming out and I was worried he would only try to sell a new unit but he come straight in and was very knowledgeable and found exactly what our problem was. He took the time to explain it to us and repaired the issue. The cost of repair was extremely reasonable. When the time comes for us a new unit they will be the first place we call! We also signed up for their service package so I look forward to them keeping our unit running its best!

We bought an HVAC system from another company which only lasted 3 years due to their incompetence. We were frantic and had to call another company, and that's when we found Elite Air & Heat LLC ,and thank goodness we did! They came out immediately and installed a new HVAC system. We've had it 3 years and each year they will call us and schedule a check-up/maintenance on the system. Every worker has been polite, knowledgeable, and personable. They are considerate of our home and our time. It's refreshing to have a company that is responsive and good at their job! We definitely recommend this company!

The technician Tommy was top notch and gave us detail in a way we easily understood the repairs needed! Elite Air has always been amazing to work with. Their technicians are always thorough and willing to explain all the details. I never feel rushed or feel like they are just checking the boxes to get through the job. They are the definition of: "Customer service is worth more than price." I wouldn't think of looking elsewhere for HVAC needs. They even came out and assisted my husband and I with getting our stove installed.
