I utilized this company to see what was wrong with my A/C, which has stopped working. The man was very honest and personable. However, now my heat does work, which was working PERFECTLY fine before he arrived. I have two children and now we’re cold. I have no idea what could have happened, but I definitely need some answers and assistance. This is becoming very costly.

In 2019 Elite installed our new HVAC system. They come twice a year for maintenance and cleaning. All Techniciens have been nice and polite. Happy to have them near us.

Austin was very thorough in checking my HVAC system. I explained what has been happening and upon initial inspection everything seemed to be working. He listened to my concerns and checked a few extra things to make sure nothing was missed. He assured me everything was running normal. He did see some things that could be potential issues for the future, but nothing that was causing issues now. I appreciate the time he took to reassure my system was running as it should.

These guys did an excellent professional job with installing my new air unit within a days time. They made sure everything worked right and rearranged my unit for better service for me, my home and themselves.
I wouldn't recommend any other company to use other than Elite.
