We worked with Noah Ramsey today to clear out the drip pan of excess water under our furnace and change up a drain to make sure that we didn't have any future draining issues. Noah also worked on our install a few months back with Trey, so he knew his way around and exactly what to look for. He worked quickly and was very professional.
Our kids are very curious and he had no problem answering any of their questions or with them wanting to watch what he was doing.

I highly recommend Elite Air & Heat LLC. They are extremely easy to schedule services with and are on time for appointments. I actually had a situation come up on the day of my appointment and they were able to come at a later time. They did a detailed inspection of our units and gave HONEST recommendations of what should be fixed as soon as possible and what could wait. We signed up for their $189 special and we do not regret it at all! If you are looking for an excellent, good hearted company that ask gives back to the community- THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Jason was our tech this visit and he was here for quite a long time and was very thorough. Nice people to have in your home and not pushy and pricing is more than fair. They did work for us last year and literally cut my power bill in half. Actually more than cut in half. I highly recommend Elite Air & Heat.. 👍👍

Noah came out on a Saturday afternoon to save us from the hellish temperatures in our house. We greatly appreciated his quick response to our home and fixing the issue. Great experience.

Our 25 year old heater was experiencing major issues (starting in 2020 and 2021). We called Elite and Shawn inspected our unit (the furnace jets and heat exchanger were gone). We asked a lot of questions and received a full understanding on what our options were and next steps. Within a few hours, he came back with several heating and AC choices depending on cost/quality. In 1 hour, he informed us that units we chose were available nearby and they would send an install team the next day. It took about 7 hours for basically 2 guys to remove the old units (heat was under house in a tight crawl space) and install the new ones. One of the installers basically stayed under the house all day while Steven worked outside and assisted his brother under the house when needed. I asked questions during this time and watched them perform their work. They took extra care to make sure things were right and working properly before leaving. Even the owner came and stopped to check on the work and talk to us inside. Then shawn came the next day to exchange a new thermostat and do some final repairs on our old vent lines. Since 1 line was torn during work (they are old and worn to say the least), Shawn came back another day to fix that last line with better wrapping material. During the whole process, I received texts, phone calls and emails to alert me every step of the way. So far, the heater has performed fine for several days. The thermostat was a nice upgrade too from our original Hg one. Time will tell to the durability of the Rheem systems but everything was done very well and professional to this point. I would not hesitate calling Elite if you need work done on your home.

Elite Air and Heat were prompt and professional. Came out in the heat and pulled my old unit and had a new one installed in 2 hours. Would recommend this great company to anyone!
