Previous company told us we needed to replace our 10 yr old unit, spent 6 plus hours repairing the unit only to have it stop working a few months later.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Christian was extremely knowledgeable and had a solution very quickly. I will be switching companies for routine maintenance going forward. Definitely go with Elite!

I am opening a restaurant, and the day before I opened my air went out. I called Elite Heat and Air with an emergency and they came out right away and fixed my problem. I was very impressed with Tommy’s knowledge and work. 2 days later my single door cooler stopped cooling and I called them back. Again came right out and diagnosed the problem. I will continue using this company for as long as I am in business. Good job guys!

AC went out on weekend and after contacting home warranty company we were referred to Elite. Jason quickly diagnosed the issue and gave advice on how to keep system running. AC was fixed within 6 days once part arrived. Would recommend Elite to anyone for prompt and professional service.

Shawn came out on Christmas Eve to get our heat working. It was nice to be able to talk to a person when I called and appreciate how quickly they came out, diagnosed the problem and got the heat working again- Thank you!

Corey @ Elite Air & Heat did a great job in getting our A/C system working on a very hot day. He arrived earlier than our scheduled time which was great and his work was done very quickly showing that he has lots of experience with different service issues.

They are prompt. The problem I see is their prices. They add trip charge to every trip even when they need more than one trip to fix the same issue. Typically repair companies offer some discount and adjust the trip charges in case they need second trip to fix the issue.
In my case they charged me a good amount plus trip charges on first trip when they replaced the capacitor. The issue was not resolved. They quoted me full price for second trip, no discount even when first attempt to fix problem was failed.
Why should customer pay for failed attempt, at a minimum the trip charges should be waved off . Please stay away from this company.

Jason and His Team are true professionals. Our Ac went out during our 90+F days a couple of weeks ago. We went through American Homeshield and Elite was contracted to us. Jason himself came out to the house was upfront with our Units problem. Once he had obtained our parts needed, Jason once again returned with one of his service Techs and had us up and running the same day! I would highly recommend Elite for all your HVAC needs! The technician that came out to my home weeks ago assured my husband he identified a problem with our ac and would report it to our home warranty company. Weeks go by and we’re notified that it was reported nothing was wrong with our unit! We had to buy a window unit to keep the temps below 80 degrees!!! Poor work. We were lied to. This company may be great dealing with “cash” customers, but terrible experience with them as a contractor with our warranty company. Buyer beware!

Jason was courteous and professional, was on-time and ordered and replaced my fireplace logs in no time and had them installed and ready to use immediately. I will be happy to use them again when needed in the future. Thanks for the quick service.

An HONEST company. Elite showed up when they said they would, the technician was courteous and thorough. He told me what the problem REALLY was. And that's EXTREMELY important, after being lied to by another company - just to increase my cost.
If you don't want to pay for things that are not broken, or have a 20 minute job, take three hours...call Elite. No games, just fair and honest dealings!
