My technician was Irv McKnight and the guy was a scammer. Lied about about what he told me, twisted my words so that it would justify him not helping (some loophole in the house warranty), and then even fabricated a conversation we had based on a message he saw on our fridge. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. We had to wait all week for their service and then they came and did literally nothing. They have 2 star average on Yelp! Don’t believe Google reviews!

PS: The issue occurred AFTER the home was purchased so it was supposed to be covered by the warranty. This company is lazy and refuses to take accountability.

Called for an AC not cooling. Thermostat was rising the whole 15 minutes they were here. Said it was important for an AC unit to keep a house under 75 when it's 90 degrees outside. $100 wasted.

Shawn was very polite and knowledgeable about his business. As a new home owner he walked me through my options. He assisted with the financial process as well as the technical issues we were having with our AC unit. Would recommend!

Corey was nice, professional, and patient. I appreciate him explaining things to me in detail as this was my first time having my ac repaired on my home. I will definitely reach out to Elite in the future if needed.

I was impressed with the service that was provided to me. I had 2 other companies come out and see what was wrong with my AC. The service was less than par and needless to say they were unsuccessful. The technician from this company came to my home, listened to my story and fixes my AC unit. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

I live in a home that has two tenants. I requested service from "Elite" Air & Heat through American Home Shield to get my freon refilled. I was not home at the time, so they talked to my tenant and determined that they could not help me because my tenant said that the AC hasn't worked since he lived in the space. If they had done any communication with me, the requestor, the homeowner, AT ALL, they would have known that it worked before then and should have been covered under the warranty. The repairman told my tenant that he refilled the refrigerant, but I figured out that this was not the case when the outside temperature rose and my AC continued to not work. I'm now at a loss for why the repairman lied to my tenant about fixing it and why no one told me they thought it couldn't be covered. Unprofessional and incapable of basic communication. As you'll see in the other reviews, they'll just pass the blame on to American Home Shield, which is easy to do because it definitely has its own issues. Overall, a waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Elite heating & air did a great job for my business installing new hvac system. They were professional in every step that they did the job. Due yo supply chain things took little long to get hut they kept me updated every time and most importantly among 5 price quote I had this was the best price with similar specs compared with others.
Will recommend this to anyone.

Elite was assigned to perform AC Service through my warranty company. Todd with Elite was actually early and thorough with his communication. Very professional! Hard to find nowadays! Thank you guys! Will recommend for future.

Corey was understanding with my getting my dogs out and doing an online meeting while he was here! He was professional and very nice. He did my system maintenance. Then he checked to see if I needed duct cleaning as requested. He troubleshot a problem I was having and explained that. He also clearly explained and gave me a quote for future work that I had asked about. I would definitely recommend ELITE to my friends. Thank you, Corey!

Was put in touch with Elite Air and Heat through American Home Shield .. Their tech was very good / thorough and diagnosed the issues with the heat pump . I was notified afterwards that they could not immediately get the parts for the repair and didn't know when they would get them .. Left without heat for days until I called another company that promptly fixed the problem .. Six Hundred dollars later but the issue is repaired !! Would not recommend them or American Home Shield , whose contract I am promptly cancelling .. Neither did anything to help .. Was not going to review but received an email asking for a review .. Be careful , You may get what you ask for ..
