We had a great experience with Christian at Performance Air. He came out quick and diagnosed my original HVAC unit issue. First he let us know the best route and we didn’t listen at first. After spending money we shouldn’t have. I called him back about a half a year later if he would work with us on installing a whole new HVAC unit. We agreed on a price and he completed the job within 2 days. I would highly recommend and we would certainly use again. We are very grateful and appreciative.

Performance Air did an amazing job on our system replacement last week. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and did great work. Their technicians cleanup well once finished and too proper precautions to protect our home. I would use them without a second thought.

Our warranty company assigned Performance Heating and Air on 5/4 originally. The gentleman came out and said nothing was wrong. As the temperature in our house began to rise again, we had a recall issued on 5/10. We were told there would be a wait as our unit was still not completely out, and customers completely out of an ac would need to be serviced first. Understandable. We had been without a fully functioning ac over a month.

After 6 weeks, we began calling performance as well as our warranty company. We could never reach performance. Instead, for weeks we’ve been told “please allow 24 hours for the contractor (Performance Heating and Air) to respond to us”. Now, after 7 weeks we’ve had zero form of communication. Our warranty company ended up sending our work order to a different provider. Now, we’re stuck having to start all over.

I had extremely high hopes for this company as would anyone looking at their reviews. Here’s a different opinion, sadly.

We were so pleased with the professionalism of Performance Air, and their urgency to get our AC unit replaced quickly during this hot summer! Both Christian and Irvin (aside from being lifesavers) were wonderful to work with, and spent countess hours making sure the job got done correctly. This company proved to show diligence and integrity, and we will continue using them for all HVAC needs. We highly recommend them to others!

This is a very professional AC company. The representative came out fixed the coil pack drain the unit replaced the freon and the price was very reasonable.
He did this work within 24 hours. I highly recommend everyone to use this company because they are very efficient knowledgeable and on time

After getting ridiculous quotes from big companies, I found Performance Air through some friends recommendations. I got a heater installed in my workshop by them that needed a new gas line ran from the house as well as regulators put on all current appliances and the service was amazing and they didn’t charge me my first born for the work. Very professional and punctual! We will only ever use Performance for any future needs now. Highly recommend!!

I will definitely use this company for all HVAC work in the future. It seems impossible to get any skilled work done in a timely manner these days and these guys had to come out several times due to a related electrical issue that had to be repaired by a licensed electrician. As soon as I let them know everything was ready for them, they were back out within 24 hours.

I am so happy that I chose Performance Air in Rock Hill SC. This was my first time using this company. I have been so disappointed with other companies service with the problem not being resolve that I decided to take a chance and use someone different. I am so glad I did!! My technician’s name is Christian. He was timely, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Unlike previous service technicians he invited me to be a part of the analysis. He explained everything to me along the way as to what the problem was with my AC unit. He even showed me the data on his tester and what the number meant . It was such a good experience.
