If you want someone who value work ethic and integrity, Christian and Irving is your choice. Christian saved me time and time again. He is very responsive, ( the fact he is off of Sunday night, he got back to me within minutes) always on time which is very important to me, very understanding and patiently answer million questions that I had. As desperately I was in need of new unit, considering shortage, he went beyond and above to help me out ASAP. I am so grateful for you Sir! Thank to both of you!!! Awesome job guys! Great work, professional. Have had 5 companies come out to "repair" my hvac. All of them showed up looked at it for a few seconds said that needed something that didnt have on them at the time and left then never returned. This company came out found the problem within minutes repaired it and it was back up and running.

Christian went above and beyond locating my A/C issue. It turned out to be an issue with my electrical panel. Such a professional and caring person with offering much needed advice and even helped me get in touch with an electrician. Thank you for being a lifesaver! The follow up call was so kind also. I have already recommended this company to two other neighbors and it has only been 3 days since my system was replaced.. The scheduling was fast. Our AC unit was at least 17-18 years old and was no longer working properly. We scheduled a call with Performance Air HVAC at the recommendation of our warranty company. Two technicians came out and thoroughly checked the system at the outside unit and then again in the attic. They also personally showed me the issues they found, they didn't just tell me. They then gave me the options. Repair the old system or replace the furnace and AC unit. They were not pushing one or the other, just gave me the options as well as the pros and cons. I decided to not throw good money after bad and had the furnace, AC unit and thermostat replaced. Service was scheduled the following week. The two man crew was on-time, courteous and professional. The owner, Christian, contacted us directly and spoke with us in the beginning, checked on the crew during the removal/replacement and then inspected the work at the end. We now have a more efficient system that cools the house better than the old unit when it was new. The quoted price was the final price. No incidentals or add-ons. I see no reason to use anyone else for future work..

Company was quick to respond and had me scheduled for the next day. The technician (Irving) arrived on time and was professional. He took the time to inspect the components before making a final diagnoses and educated me along the way to make sure I understood what the issues were.

Christian, Irving, & Jonathan were all very professional, extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Our neighbor recommended them & they gave us an evaluation same day. Had us scheduled within a week or so. They were punctual the day of the repair. Christian was very much involved. He took his time to explain everything to us & checked in at the end of the day. My husband and I are new at owning our own home and both of us are unfamiliar with hiring repair companies. Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with my AC. When My compressor went bad in my unit, he installed a whole new unit, for a little more than what another company quoted for just the compressor. The install was fast, and the work looks and functions amazing. Performance Air is the only company I will use from now on.
