Performance Air HVAC is a solid and reliable company. Mr. Ervin, the technician that service our AC, worked after hours and only left our home when the repair was complete. Excellent!

Our thermostat went out and I tried replacing it myself. Our upstairs unit still didn't seem to be cooling properly. My wife contacted Christian after a neighbor recommended him and I'm glad she did. In just a few minutes he had the thermostat wired properly and was outside checking the AC unit. He explained what was going on with our air conditioner and gave his recommendation. My second time using this business for my heating and air needs. They spend the time to clearly explain to me and show me the leak we had was, and all of our repair options. The day of my appointment I was sent a text with tracking so I knew exactly when they would be arriving with a 30 minute heads up. Several communication options via email, phone, and text messaging for convenience. Fair pricing, clear communication, and honest work.

In an attempt to find quality work, Performance was recommended to me by a friend. They were precise, professional and seemed to have a passion for the job. It had to have been hot upstairs and yet I never heard them complain once. They moved in and out of the attic quietly and respected my home by wearing little covers over their shoes. They answered all my questions AND called the next day to make sure everything was still working perfectly. 100% would recommend!!

This company was wonderful. They came out on a Saturday at the last minute and got my heat going until they could order the part they needed. Christian and Irving were great. Very pleased.
