Set up an appointment online and called just to verify. Answered immediately and sent David out to diagnose my central AC unit and why it wasn’t cooling. He determined the failed part within 10 minutes and had me up and running in no time. Price was fair and they didn’t try to give me a sales pitch, just great service. Will definitely use them for any future maintenance.

David is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate him being honest and he is excellent at his craft. I was very impressed and will recommend 360 to everyone.

Update: 360HVAC returned to install a part in my furnace. I had mentioned a few weeks prior that the A/C struggles during the summer and that several companies just offered to replace the coil. When David replaced the part, I wasn’t home and he took the time to straighten each fin on the coil after replacing the part and cleaning the entire unit! 360HVAC is hands down the best company that I’ve ever used. They now have lifelong customers!

Dave and the 360 crew were responsive, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will work with them in the future. They have. 3yr labor warranty and helped me complete all the warranty work before leaving the property with the manufacturer. They quickly and efficiently rerouted my duct work and replaced my old furnace and compressors. And now my house can cool to 72 no problem. Also, since the installation, they quickly responded to a follow up issue promptly with great customer service!!!

Dave came out to service our system before we started using it this year and did an amazing job. He found a few potential issues that we were able to remediate very quickly and our heat has run without a hitch this winter.
