David was fantastic! Showed up 2 hours before his time slot and fixed the unit within 45 minutes! Great program and amazing service! The best hvac company in Charlotte hands down!

Have been doing business with David for many years. Through the years, he has installed two new systems that had aged out and he did an excellent job on both. Always comes asap if I need him and always resolves the problem quickly. His service, knowledge and dependability is absolutely the best!

Came out filled the cooling liquid - 10 min later (329$) and told us both units are on the way out and to expect a 14k investment. As a engineer I’m always interested in fixing stuff instead replace. Otherwise all good

Great work! David installed a 3.5 ton carrier and 90 liter dehumidifier with encapsulation barrier. All work was excellent and David knows HVAC systems like the back of his hand. Kasey is responsive, polite and professional. I am using 360 again for another project. Very Satisfied customer!

Dave responded to my request immediately and was able to schedule the same day. He provided updates on his ETA and arrived exactly when promised.
