Late afternoon on a 90* day ac stopped. Matthew came out asap and got my very old system up and running. Gave me 3 options. Next visit Daniel and Rodney came out and did an excellent job. All 3 technicians were very professional and friendly. I have been working with R&B for a few years and they are one of the most reliable local businesses around.

John was so great! He communicated very well, was polite, and helped take care of our cooling issue quickly and efficiently.
Also, R &B does a great job standing by their work, as this has been a repeat troubling mini split unit, and they have jumped on helping get it back to working each time it’s had a hiccup and we appreciate their quality service and response time.

I've used R&B Climate before and was happy with the service I received. I went the inexpensive route before and chose to only upgrade my outside units and inside coils. My system is 25 years old now so this time I decided to invest in my home and upgrade my entire HVAC system. Within 3 days R&B's Tech's Daniel and Rodney were onsite removing the old and installing the new. They brought my system up to code and fixed flaws found from the original system. My new system is now freezing me out in the 100+ heat indexes and does not run constantly. I would highly recommend R&B Climate Control and appreciate that are a local family owned company.
