We noticed our secondary AC line was dripping, so we called Elite at 10:50am. I'm posting this just before noon, and our AC is up and running! We are so impressed with the timeliness of our repair. Noah was awesome! Great guy - friendly, quick, and efficient! Ask for him when you need a repair!

When our AC went out we called Elite Air and they sent Noah out within an hour to get it back up and running again. When we were informed that our AC was dying and would need to be replaced, Elite Air was exceptional in working with us and our home warranty company to help us stay within a budget and get a new unit in before the summer months got even worse. The whole new AC install took less than half a day and house is feeling better than ever. As long as we live in Rock Hill we'll be using them for all our heating and cooling needs!

After an unexpected AC issue, I had no clue where to start. I took a chance and called Elite. Shawn was at my house in under 30mins. They were able to quickly find me a new unit and it was installed the next day. All the guys that were part of the installation process were professional, respectful, communicated everything, and were incredibly hardworking. When I had some issues the following evening, Cody responded quickly, and then was back out the following morning with parts to fix the problem. Great company, and great group of guys! I would highly recommend them!

Elite air conditioning were great very informative and helpful and they explained everything and assured me of what needs to be done. And hopefully it won't cost me much. And they are working with me to make sure it won't cost much. They are doing what they can to keep my home nice and cool 😎.

Irving was a God sent. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and determined to showcase his skill set. My unit was cooling but not cooling. I tried all that I could to get this unit to cool...not my expertise. I even call a technician we use for our church I thought I could trust and he failed. Irving evaluated the situation and began to work his magic. It was beautiful. It really saved my marriage because we as men are the fix-ers. There is nothing worse than a hot house with a wife inside. I was faced with some bad news heading into the weekend but Irving's compassion shined through. Within the hour I felt the temperature dropping. Thanks for your help.

From the first call, Elite Air and Heat has been very responsive and accommodating to get someone to our house to service existing HVAC units. Our technician was on time and very professional We were not only presented with options for an older unit, but educated along the way. Our entire experience has been wonderful and we look forward to having Elite Air and Heat take care of our heating and air conditioning units throughout the seasons.

Tommy and Wes ( installers) were both professional and personable. My husband asked if they would mind if he watched and the said "Sure". He talked with them all day and they were so friendly and patient. They shared lots of information on the product and preventative measure we will need to take in the next few years.

Jamie came out and looked at what was needed and gave us a quote. He too was professional, personable, and very friendly.

Kasey helped me on the phone as I called and tried to explain what we needed. She was extremely patient with me as she walked me through the estimate process and then the install and service agreement.

All the employees of Elite Air and Heat LLC were AWESOME!!! We have dealt with 7 other HVAC companies over the last 9 months while shopping for a new system and never had the feeling they were being honest until we called ELITE. And while we did receive a lower estimate from Elite, we felt our best results would be with ELITE. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a new system or repairs.

My ac unit wasn’t blowing out cool air, with 90 plus temperatures outside I needed it repaired quickly. Did an online request for a repair quote and was called for an appointment within 30mins. They offered an appointment within 2 to 4 hrs, Thomas sent a text to remind me he was on the way. Very professional, got my problem fixed in less than 20mins. Highly recommend.
