Two of your technicians came out. They were knowledgeable, professional, and really wanted to make sure repairs were done. They resolved my problem and made sure I was happy before they left. Will recommend them 100%.

Jason was prompt and courteous. He clearly explained my temporary loss of heat problem, and the needed repair. Since this was a warranty call, Jason indicated he would refer his recommendation for repair to the warranty company, and follow-up as needed

Jason came to do our repair even though he had quite a number of jobs that day due to the extreme weather in our area and it was well past the usual work hours. He worked steadily and accomplished the repair. Additionally, he offered us information on the care of our system.

Not impressed. Your technician was out on 12/20 and determined that a new heat endurer motor needed to be ordered. When I called American Home Shield late in the week, they had not received your diagnosis.
I just had another contractor out here today for a different appliance. They left here at 4:45 PM and I just received notification AHS that they have already received their diagnosis.
Not impressed with Elite at all!!!

Elite Air was great to work with! First of all, a real person answers the phone to help you (vs the automated systems you get so often when you call a business). They were able to come out the same day to diagnose and fix the problem for us. They send text messages with the name of your service tech, letting you know when they are on their way. Our tech, Corey, was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. And now our house is nice and cool again. I would absolutely recommend them for your HVAC service needs!

Well, I didn’t like waiting almost two weeks in sweltering heat for service, but I’m very pleased now to have AC again. But seriously, two weeks without AC in SC was hellish.

My technician, however, was very professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour+\-. Once he resolved the issue, my house cooled down quickly. Very happy with that. Excellent service! Wish the wait didn’t overshadow the service.

Elite Air has the most courteous and knowledgeable technicians! They go out of their way to satisfy the customer. The last visit made was for the semiannual heating system maintenance. The technician kept us posted as he inspected both HVAC systems. When you call the office to get an appointment, you usually get one the same day or a few days out. This is a great company and I’m so glad I chose them for my HVAC needs!

Amazing experience with these guys. Our neighbors had an issue with shoddy AC installation by our builder so they suggested we get ours checked out because it's loud when it cuts on. Elite had us scheduled and someone out within 24hs of my appointment request. The tech was wonderful and we felt we were getting great value. He cleaned our unit and checked it out for us. There was absolutely no upsell, a shadier company couldve sold us vibration pads for the noise but he said he honestly didnt feel it was worth the money for a unit that was running fine. We appreciate this level of transparency and honesty over taking advantage to make a buck. We will use them in the future for sure.
