Always have a good experience with this company. The service is great, and everyone I’ve worked with has been very friendly and professional.

Elite Air & Heat is by far the best HVAC company I have ever had an experience with. This past week we had an issue at our home and they came out that same day to fix it. The rep Noah was fantastic and stayed after solving the problem to confirm he had solved it. The very next day the AC broke at our business. Our landlord told us there wasn't a problem. Even though there was. I called Elite at 1pm on a Friday and they came that day to fix our A/C. I wish I could remember the rep's name that came out to Two Scoops to help us. I am grateful and I know that my staff is too. I have never had such a professional experience where every tech, sales person, etc is happy and willing to help. Our sales rep Rob Cooper has always gone above and beyond and they even worked with our insurance to help us when a tree fell on our unit last year. I can't say enough positive things about Elite and I highly recommend them to everyone!! P.S. their pricing is reasonable too. But even if they were more expensive I would use them in the future to receive this kind of service. Thanks Elite for all you do :)

Elite HVAC is great! We have them do regular maintenance on the HVACs for a couple properties. All the guys I have worked with so far have been honest, professional, & knowledgeable. Tommy, Jason, & Christian are a few of the technicians we’ve worked with, and they all did solid work. Our company recommends them!

We had a great experience with Elite Air & Heat from beginning to end. I spoke with Rob on the phone about our problems and he spent good quality time talking with me to understand what we needed. He was genuinely concerned since we didn't have heat and it was going to be cold. He came out as soon as he could and gave us a quote to have our whole system replaced. The quote was very fairly priced (and less than 3 other quotes we received) and he ensured all of my questions were answered. The install guys, Trey and Noah, were great as well. They were respectful and courteous to my wife and I, as well as our home. They cleaned up after themselves and worked as quietly as they could while I was working in the other room. They were quick and efficient with the install and made sure we had no questions before they left. I am no expert on HVAC installs so only time will tell, but they appear to have done a good job. If there are any issues (which I don't foresee), I have no doubt they will make it right. I will not hesitate to call Elite for any and all Air/Heat needs in the future, and will make sure to recommend them.

I was referred to Elite Air & Heat by a friend, and I'm thankful I was. My air conditioning had essentially died and the entire HVAC needed to be replaced. Andersen gave me a fair quote for the deal, but Elite was able to beat it and offered a better labor warranty than Andersen.

Rob and his team were friendly, accessible, responsive, and professional throughout the entire experience. They all answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and were never impatient or rushed. They took the time to explain the work they were doing and made sure my concerns were addressed.

Good service matters a great deal, but it's hard to come by these days. Elite gets it right and, bonus, has excellent prices. Strongly recommended.

Elite was great! Very professional and courteous. I signed up for the annual plan on my HVAC system. They came a couple weeks ago for our first maintenance visit. They cleaned and inspected our units and didn’t try and sell me all sorts of services like everyone else does. Very pleased with them!

The prerequisite inspection for installation of a new Amanda HVAC Gas pack. They came in the rain on a cold an dreary day to get a list of needed items for upcoming installation. Making a good first impression!
