From start to finish, Comfort was so over the top with their customer service! I needed a full replacement of air and heat. I was concerned about the cost was going to be, but they were able to give me a great deal. I even had to back out because of a family emergency, and they were so understanding and sweet about it. Then, my heat finally stopped completely, I called them, they assured me they would order everything for me again on Monday and be here for a full install on Tuesday! Autumn in the office is the nicest most caring person I could have hoped for. My installers were, Mike, Aaron, and Juan. They showed up exactly on time, got right to work, and spent the rest of their day with me, working so hard, and so professional! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company! I’m new to the Carolina’s and I’m screaming from the rooftop, if you have heating and/or cooling issues, look no further. They are the absolute BEST! Thank you Comfort Systems of York County, my new system works beautifully!

We had a fantastic experience with from start to end. Matt (Company owner) came out and gave us an initial quote on a Monday and advised his team could install on the Wednesday. He even arranged a technician to come round on the Monday evening to provide a temporary solution so we had cool air for the 2 nights before the installation of the new unit. So grateful for that!!! The 2 guys that did the actual installation were Matt & Mike (a different Mike!) and again were very professional and respectful of our home as they came and went about their job. Minimum fuss and disruption and did a great job. Also a mention to Autumn in the office who handled our finance application etc. and ensured everything was smooth and seamless. Highly recommend this company!! great people!

Extremely nice office lady quickly took care of me and kept me updated. Jordon the tech. was actually quicker getting there than I thought it would be. Had my ac fixed in a timely matter. I was so impressed I signed up for the 6month check up so I’d stay out of trouble.

Jordan went above and beyond and saved the day with his attention to detail and fantastic troubleshooting skills! He was also extremely nice, courteous, and respectful. We were in need of same day service when our AC went out on one of the hotter days to start June. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue and found that an ant had wedged itself on one of the electrical contacts. We worked his magic and within 10 minutes of arriving we had AC again. Thank you so much! Because of Jordan we will definitely be using Comfort Systems for all our HVAC needs moving forward.

This company is a God send!!!

Called one company for diagnosis of why my central AC wasn't working. They wanted to replace 2 parts and charge us around $950 on top of the $109 diagnostic fee. Called Comfort for a second opinion, because those prices seemed steep. They came out and found it was a single wire that just needed replaced. Took care of it in just a couple of minutes, said it was on the house, and to call if we notice anything off in the next 48 hours.

Special thanks to Jordan. He called late in the evening on a Friday, when I was contacting companies, to make sure we got an appointment set up ASAP. Then on the day of, he gave us a call that he could make it out early and he was super friendly.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They do right by the customer, they aren't trying to over charge you.

Jordan was the service technician that saved the day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and witty which made the customer interaction quite pleasant. He had our A/C issue pinpointed within minutes of arriving and resolved after another 15 minutes or so. He was in and out after 30 minutes max!

We now have a new technician and would highly recommend this local company (and especially Jordan) to anyone experiencing issue with their A/C unit.

I have done business with Comfort Systems for over 25 years. As a member of the Comfort Club, I get my HVAC unit serviced two times a year for a reasonable price. I request Aaron Vera each time now. Aaron is very personable and professional. He is the kind of tech I want servicing my unit. You can determine a person's character by their work. Aaron is an honest young man of integrity. He is very knowledgeable. No tech has ever serviced my unit as thoroughly as Aaron. He takes the time to do a job that he can be proud of. He explains exactly what he is doing. I know my unit is in good hands with Aaron, and I recommend him most highly.

We have Comfort Systems to do our AC maintenance every year. Aaron did a wonderful job last week. But few hours later the AC stopped working, we called the office and Aaron came back right away and found the issue in a short moment, and the issue has been solved within minutes. We appreciated Comfort Systems for their quick response and great efficiency. We are satisfied with the outcome.
