US Air performed an annual maintenance check on our A/C unit early in the day. The unit was not cooling properly later in the day so I called to request someone come and check the unit again. They came back that evening and immediately corrected the problem. Both the owner and technician were very prompt, responsive, knowledgeable & professional during the whole process. I have been using them for years and once again they did not disappoint. Very well run and staffed company.

US Heating and Cooling communicated by text and email when they were coming. They gave a courtesy call when they were on their way. They updated my warranty. The technicians were courteous, always covered their shoes with booties when entering the home. They are very good at educating the homeowner about the most efficient ways to use their heating/cooling systems. I give them 5 stars!

US Air was able to respond to my service call in less than 24 hours. Tech was very polite, friendly and competent. He did a thorough check and minor service, and left my heat pump in excellent running condition.

We have been using this fine company for many years and they have never varied from their outstanding service.

We have a contract with them for heating and A/C service twice a year and chose them because they are an approved HVAC company with Choice Home Protection and other full-house protection companies in case there’s a problem. You must have an outstanding reputation to be accepted by insurance companies.

Yesterday they sent two young experts to service the A/C before we turned it on for the season. They have a huge checklist that they go through for every part. One man went into the attic to check the blower controls and the other worked on cleaning and diagnosing the outside unit. They make a great team and assured us that we were set for the summer season.

They remind you of your maintenance and schedule a date for service every year. They have never let us down and we feel confident in their work.

A.C. check-up for summer 2019 accomplished by two technicians who arrived a tad early and apologized for doing so -- their early arrival was so helpful to me as I had house guests. I am grateful for the thorough check-up received with every item that was looked at reflected on their receipt.
