Excellent service for my fall heating system maintenance by my tech Kevin Ibanez. He is very thorough to make sure I am ready for the colder temperatures coming our way. Always love to see the technicians be respectful to my wife and our home. They are the complete package I have found the right team of professionals to take care of my heat / cooling systems and my plumbing! Our dog Howard gave them a thumbs up too!

Preferred Home Services installed a new HVAC system and performed some minor plumbing repairs for my ailing brother. He is a Military Veteran that was battling cancer. Preferred Home Services was prompt in installing the new HVAC system and making sure my brother was comfortable during the installation. Everyone was kind and considerate during this process. Chris, master plumber was very thorough with his work, presention, etc.

Kevin, the HVAC tech, was also nice, helpful & went out of his way to help me fix a smoke detector.

Jason and his brother were both competent, had good personalities and patient with all of our questions. We had 3 other reputable companies over several years report a costly solution would be required to cool one bedroom down. Jason immediately realized the dampers were closed and probably has fixed the problem without a costly expense. We had several other companies report that the dampers were all the way open when they were not and recommended duct work. Mike with preferred helped us out with pricing, options and high quality HVAC installation. We have been pleased with the deal and instillation. They were able to install it in one day , even working late to get everything finished.

Heard about this company on the radio. I have an older ac unit and wanted it checked out for the summer. I called, they promptly set up an appointment that worked well for me. Tim my technician came promptly on time, was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job and took his time. He offered a few additional recommendations, but unlike other companies, he didn't try and scare me into unnecessary repairs of try to push me into purchasing a whole new unit.

The main sewer line to my rental house collapsed and the house was no longer livable. Preferred was out at my house within an hour of me calling them and had the new line installed the next day, getting my renters back into the house as fast as possible. They did a great job and were easy to work with. They'll definitely be who I call the next time I need something done.

I needed a whole new sewer line install, because the house is 56 yrs.old. I was having plumbing problem, and the old line was in the garage, so they had to replace it with the new modern way and place the line outside underground in the front yard. Now the problem has been solved. I thank them so much!!
