Hated making the holiday weekend 8pm call, but dispatch was very pleasant and cordial, and the tech that was to my house within 2 hours, Brandon, stuck around for another 2 hours to sort out why the heck our furnace wanted to turn on and heat the house in July (no it wasn’t the thermostat). He methodically narrowed down the problem and then fixed it. House cool by morning. Love this business, have been with them for 5+ years and will continue to stay with them as long as they maintain their high standards. Bravo, Brothers.

As always, Brother’s responded quickly and with 100% professionalism. I was very please with the technician but I haven’t tried my Hest or A/C since he left so it’s hard for me to say I’m 100% satisfied until I actually use them. I will note a few things. When it literally takes a technician less than 30 minutes to fix an issue that was more cosmetic than expertise, it would have been nice to have not been charged nearly $200 but I guess that’s the price you pay for using a company with a lot of overhead vs a Mom and Pop- type business. Nearly $70 just to walk in my front door is a bit steep in my opinion but if my HVAC system is actually working properly, that’ll make it worth the cost. I was a bit disappointed that when I asked the technician to move my hot water heater setting up one notch, he suggested I call a plumber. I realize Brother’s has Plumber services but come on, the hot water heater is less than two feet into the attic and it’s new. It would have taken two seconds to turn the dial. I’ve attached pics because as bad as my knee is, I went up as soon as he left and did it myself. It’s not rocket science.

And Brandon, I’ll always think you’re the best! I wish it hadn’t been your day off. The tech that came out was very polite but Brandon definitely goes above and beyond!

Incredibly helpful with the entire process! We had our entire house rewired earlier this year by Brothers and it was done so well and quickly. We had our yearly inspection done and they were so through and offered advice. Everyone from Brothers is professional and friendly!

The people were all polite. They were on time and if we had a question they would answer it. They were all very professional. We have used Brother's Plumbing, Air & Electric for 5 years now. They really know what they are doing. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us.

Brothers service was quick, and through. They explain the cause of the problem, and what they would do to fix it. They gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work sooner than we expected.
Kyle and Tyler were both professional, and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. We will continue to use Brothers for all our plumbing needs.

We have lived in this rental for 8 months. The AC has never worked properly. They have sent out numerous companies to try and repair it, but they all failed. These guys came in and found the problem right away. It was soon repaired. It runs Great. Would Highly recommend these Guys. Experts, very Friendly and did the work in a very timely manner. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. These Guys are The Best.

We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Brothers Plumbing. We called in the morning, and they were at our home mid-afternoon the same day. They contacted us with an estimated time of arrival and again when they were 20 minutes away. Both young men that showed up were extremely nice and very professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necessary part on their truck. The repair was completed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future should we have a need. Great, friendly service!

...........I went through a contractor, another big name plumber.... several friends.... after almost a year of trying to figure out what was going on with the pressure in my house Shawn saved the day. I am kicking myself for not calling Brothers sooner.

Shawn was on time, happy to help and answer any/all questions I had about what was going on. He took the time to listen to me and didn't talk down to me at any point.

Pricing was more than fair, it was easy to understand and I didn't get pressured into work like those other big names in the industry. I can't stress this enough, if you are looking for help please give them a call. Shawn saved the day, I am blown away by his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I've never been so happy to pay a plumbing bill knowing the issue is finally solved and my family can enjoy our home again!
