Great experience! We had two full systems replaced and had a great experience with the entire Baker Brothers team. Lead installers Jonathan and Juan communicated great, and took pride in their work, taking every precaution to make sure the job went smoothly. It was a very tight fit to get the new outdoor units in, but the team did a great job and was able to get them in without any additional major projects. Thank you for the great work!

Daniel and his partner were excellent and very professional. They came in and cleared out my mother’s blocked pipes during a time of family crisis. Our technician Trenod was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue with our AC unit quickly and even provided tips on how to fix the issue in the future.
Scheduling was a breeze, I originally set up an appointment online but was able to call and move the appointment up a few days. Getting your AC serviced quickly during these scorching summer months is invaluable! I'm thankful we can always rely on Baker Brothers to get the job done quickly.

We had a great experience with Baker Brothers. We called on a Saturday evening (~6:30PM) to get service, and we were scheduled for Monday. Pedro came out Monday, assessed the system, cleaned and did some maintenance and then recommended that we get a new system since ours was over 19 years old. He presented 6 different options at varying price points and clearly walked us through the differences. He helped us with financing, which was super easy, and they were able to get our new system installed the next business day. Juan and Julio installed our system. They arrived early, protected the floors with heavy duty cloth, and worked very quickly to get everything done within 1 business day. They were super efficient, and so far, the new system is incredible compared to our old system.

Woke up to a flooded garage due to a water heater breakdown. Called at 6am to get on the schedule and by 12:30pm we had a new water heater installed and the old one hauled away. I got a quote over the phone and that was exactly what I paid.

The Baker Brothers technician, Matt Becker, actually came by to do a warranty inspection on the water heater installed by BB. He also offered to check out the bathroom fixtures for free. While doing so he identified plumbing issue with one of our toilets, gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to perform the repair on the spot. Bottom line, we are very happy with the outcome of his work and would highly recommend him!
