Brad was great. He was very professional, showed up on time, knowledgeable, and had a can do attitude. Also the company's pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Brad and Baker Brothers to anyone.

Wow. I think I found a new plumbing company. The tech was wonderful. Really terrific. Very informative, friendly , mindful of customers concerns. We used BB after hours plumber so the value wasn’t great but we couldn’t wait because we were leaving town. Great company.

Yoel and Jesus were excellent! Yoel is energetic, polite, and does outstanding work. Great job by all of Baker Brothers staff across the board. Held and completed everything to their word. Two complete AC systems changed out same day, AC that afternoon! Thanks to their team to quickly get us into the cool!

Baker Brothers was able to send a plumber (Carson DeLange) the same day that i called them. Carson was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, he was very efficient and completed all the repairs in a timely manner. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with some recommendations on additional repairs that will make my home run more efficiently. If you have gas leaks that need repairs, definitely recommend this company.

I needed two toilets and a faucet for the kitchen and Baker Bros was timely and did great work. Very clean in their work and was very upfront with the costs and time to do the work. Very pleased with their service and would recommend!

Daniel Contrares and his team mate worked their a**es off!!! They spent all day in this TX heat and in the attic installing our new unit with a smile on their face the whole time. Absolute legends. 10/10 service. They spent time making sure we knew how to operate our new thermostat with the app as well. We signed up for the family plan because of these guys. Thank you guys for the hard work and the attention to detail.

I am very impressed with Jacob and Baker Brothers. The whole experience has been excellent thus far. Making my appointment was easy, and the person who helped me was friendly and thorough. Jacob was the plumber who came to my house. He listened to my needs, made recommendations, and was able to immediately resolve my issue. He worked efficiently and was very thorough. I am in the process of selling my home, received an inspection report with concerns for a professional electrician to review.
Mr Baldwin, came out fixed the items I thought were of concern, he actually sat down read the report for "All" others and provided a professional update per code, and those per the city of Plano were grandfathered in. He went above and beyond for which I am grateful for him taking the time. It was a long visit and now I am 100% compliant.

Over 15 years in our house and the air conditioning goes out. The cost of replacing just the air-conditioning has been overwhelming. Pedro Delgado, from Baker Brothers helped me understand how i could replace both heating and air conditioner for the cost of one quote from another company.

Jesse was considerate, gracious, and very informational about the issues of leaking sink pipes, and toilet flusher issues. He explained, asked if I wanted it fixed today, and proceeded, as I did have parts needed for toilets. He also emailed me an estimate of services/costs to fix an old galvanized pipe to fix sink for good with new products. I will definitely be calling them to install a pedestal sink, with new piping, in the master bath, this summer when it is remodeled. Awesome in every respect!👍👍🤗
