I've always had positive experiences with Baker Brothers service and staff! From the moment I call for help, the process is handled smoothly, professionally, and friendly. This was a busy week at my house: Baker Brothers techs dealt 3 issues. Everything fixed within 2 days of first call.

After I've explained the condenser not turning during hot, peak summer for a hour or so during the evening, in 5 min, he was showing me the side of the AC fan unit outside which was completely clogged with dirt/dust and told me that the unit would shut down from overheating at the hottest time of the day because of that. He was honest, quick, and professional and knew his stuff and quickly pointed out what needed to be done. Great person too. I'm very impressed by their overall service and staff and particularly this individual who pointed out a simple solution to me. Greatly appreciate it.

Update (6/27/2023): The fan started acting up again and called for inspection and Joshua came out and explained in layman's terms so I could understand as to the issue, the fix, and the cost in first 5 min. That's 2 out of 2 out of this world service and I'm grateful that it was quick, efficient, and after all it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, but the point is, whoever found the issue and repaired, it's the person that's making the experience so wonderful. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks, Joshua. *I've signed up for their 9.99 a month (2 times a year check/tune) program. It'll cost me $75 per tune-up anyways and it makes a lot of sense specially w/Baker Brothers.

Chris was the tech who came to do my estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very courteous. He gave me a great deal on a new AC system. Very pleased! System gets installed tomorrow.

UPDATE: Jose came with his helper today to install my new system. Both were very professional and courteous. Both did a fantastic job. Enjoying a cool house again.

I have always done my own repairs or had a friend do it so I was afraid of the cost and honesty of a company. I am very pleased with Adam he was just like a friend. He was very friendly and great at explaining my cost and options. He did the service in great timing. I would definitely recommend your company and I hope all your workers are as Awesome as Adam was. I get stressed in these situations now that I am in my sixties and can't do the work as I use to and it's so nice to know I made the right choice to use your company and Adam is superb!!!

Outstanding service. Technician helped me trouble-shoot the problem. Turns out was not a plumbing issue. He could have performed a lot of tests that would have verified his initial diagnosis, but he did not. Very refreshing these days. Be assured when I do have a plumbing issue, I know who to call.

Great service from Baker Brothers - than you so much! I called Baker Brothers after a drawn-out ordeal with another company to try to clear a clogged pipe going out from my garbage disposal. My house is old and has cast iron pipes and some strange pipe configurations. My whole experience with Baker was smooth and easy from start to finish. Appointment set-up was great - I received both a text message and an email confirming my appointment for the next day. On appointment day, I received a call 30 minutes ahead as they had promised, AND a text message with a photo of my assigned plumber (David Wells), with a short bio about his experience. That was a great touch that gave me confidence in his experience and knowledge. As a woman, it was also extra nice to have a photo because I am naturally wary of letting men I don't know into my home. David was right on time for the appointment, and very professional. I told him what I already knew about the problem and the configuration of my plumbing. He gave me a price quote upfront and got right to work. David confirmed my strange pipe configuration, but he was still able to get the clog cleared with a special tool, which was an option no one from the other company had even mentioned to me. He was all done within 30 minutes (which was a HUGE relief after I wasted 3 days of my life going around and around with the other company to no avail). As a bonus, Baker Bros pricing was also significantly better than the other company. I will definitely use Baker Bros again the next time I have a plumbing issue, and I have already called to set up an appointment for them to do my HVAC maintenance service.

Trenod was very communicative throughout the entire process. He provided pictures when needed and showed mechanical readings along with explaining what the readings meant. Decided to replace capacitor based on tests and his recommendation. Would definitely recommend and if needed, will use Baker Brothers again.

David with Baker Brothers was great in helping with my A/C unit issues and getting me financing for a replacement. I was VERY satisfied with his services. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers services to others!

Mr. Stuart Rasshan was vey professional, punctual and got to work as soon as he got there. We are happy with his work. This company is too pricy though, $403 to replace small copper pipe & faucet outside. That’s with a military discount.

Michael did an excellent job. Replaced the previously installed plastic stopper drain pipe system with a metal unit like the old unit in the sink. The plastic unit would not seal properly and the drain system kept leaking. The new metal unit now seals properly in the bowl hole and allows the drain line/stopper unit seal in the molded sink bowl properly. Now working fine with no leaks under the sink. Tested the drain several times since installation and no drips occurring down the pTrap piping. Excellent work!
