Marc was prompt and great at explaining not only what the current problem was with the capacitor but also discussed signs to look out for regarding a compressor going out in the future. He answered all of my questions in simple terms and I appreciate that he corrected the problem within a relatively short period of time! This is key since it was 90 degrees INSIDE my house (excluding the heat index)...I needed a quick and accurate solution and Marc delivered!!!

Had a clogged kitchen drain. Plumber was very knowledgeable and worked for 2 hours. Unfortunately, it was not cleared. However it looks to be an issue with the original plumbing installation. He provided a suggestion to fix the issue. I appreciate everything he did. He was very professional and dedicated to his work.

Never used Baker Brothers before. Will from now on. They were on time (actually early, which I loved). Told me what was going on. What the cost was. How I can save some money. I even signed up for the Family Plan to get an additional 15% off and really have peace of mind in case something different happens and how quickly they get out to you. Great experience!

We had one toilet reset last week because he discovered the floor wasn’t level and was breaking the seal. This week we had to have a tank unit in another toilet. Our tech was knowledgeable and fast! Polite

I used several of their services, this time is water leak under the foundation concrete slab. They found the leak but suggested to the new water line to prevent future problem. Javier worked very hard to solve the problem around the existing plumbing structure. They cleaned up the areas very well after finished and that is great. Javier is outstanding.

Tony was wonderful! He got right to business and did an excellent, thorough job.
He even changed my filter for me.
He was polite and friendly.
I'm very pleased with him and the job he did.
At 2:45 it went out, again. I'm waiting for someone to come!!
Right now, I'm very unhappy .

Had a free estimate completed today and Steve was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He drew up the quote on site for me and so far it is competitively priced. Will leave an additional review if I select Baker Bros.

Called Baker Bros early on Friday morning with a A/C units that was limping along to try to cool the house and running constantly. They came through very quickly in getting to us and assessing our A/C problem and offered great solutions. David Wilson was extremely professional and courteous. He provide all of the diagnostics, recommendations and solutions very quickly.

We made the decision to go ahead with a replacement thinking we would be limping the old system along until the next week. Oh no, Baker Brothers had a crew out the next morning to do the install of a brand new HVAC system. Billy Mahon and Francisco Hernandez were here promptly as promised and did a fantastic job on one of our extreme Texas summer days. These two guys were extremely professional and very courteous every step of the way.

This was our first time to work with Baker Brothers, but definitely not the last.....

Evan was so amazing and helped us repair our sprinkler valve that accidentally got damaged. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly and was dispatched to us within 30minutes of calling. We will definitely be calling Baker Brothers again!

This has been a Great Experience working with Trapper. He has provided detailed information about the problem and how to approach it in steps. All explanation were satisfactory but work was even more satisfactory and done exactly as explained. I would recommend the company and specially call for Trapper.
