I recently bought a new house and was not getting any hot water. I initially called another company who spent 5+ hours at my house troubleshooting the water heater and at the end said I needed a new water heater. However, the water heater is from 2017 so I did not think it required a replacement. I wasn't satisfied with their recommendation. A family friend recommended Baker Brothers and I am glad I called them. Their first plumber who came to inspect the water heater was able to immediately flag a possible water leak. We scheduled another appointment for the next day with another plumber who had special water leak detection equipment and they were able to confirm and locate the water leak. I was given a few different options for the repair and had the job done yesterday. I finally have hot water! I also signed up for their family plan because they offer good discounts and complimentary inspections on a yearly basis. I will need additional repairs done to get hot water to the free standing tub which I plan to do at a later time but I will certainly use Baker Brothers when I decide to move forward on that. So impressed with Baker Brothers from start to finish! The team was communicative about scheduling and August got to my house right when they said he would. He was experienced and professional - he explained everything that needed to be done, showed me pictures and videos of the problems, and gave me all pricing information upfront. He gave me suggestions and quotes for preventative maintenance options, but wasn’t pushing anything. Aside from the work he did, he was so kind to me and to my (BIG) dogs, even when they were very much in his personal space! He also remembered their names - may seem silly but attention to those details made me much more comfortable with everything he said needed to be done.

Grateful that they were able to fix everything quickly, and will definitely be using them for any issues that come up.

Very pleased! Had a clogged drainage pipe & condensation build up that leaked through my ceiling. Brad (I think Hauf?) was very kind and professional. I felt terrible that he had to be in my hot attic (it’s a condo complex & he was drenched in sweat). He still maintained a great attitude! I was also very comfortable being home alone with him in my house. He also helped me sign up for the family plan which saved me $80 and at $9.95/month almost paid for itself. Will definitely use this company again!

Howard was our electric technician for the three electrical outlets in master bathroom, back porch, and the garage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did awesome job. Definitely we will use baker brothers again!

Oscar came out after regular hours to fix our a/c. He was courteous and professional and conscientious, taking the time to do the job correctly and efficiently. He had a great attitude! We were in a bind and he seemed genuinely happy to help. I can’t say enough good things about him!

Cody was professional, quick, and helpful. We had a water heater leak and he replaced our old water heater in just a few hours from when we placed the call. Prompt and efficient service.

Josh from Baker Brothers diagnosed the problem with my new water heater and had it replaced with another new one. I went from frustrated to happy because of his extensive knowledge to fix the issue and congenial understanding. Plus he came out before to my home and it was good to see a familiar face who goes the extra mile. Good job.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the Marco team, they were on time and extremely professional in doing their job. Marco Lara and Marco Alba, works well together, they already know what the other one is thinking to get the job completed. That's what you call GREAT teamwork from both of them!!! They were finished in a couple of hours and on their way.

Responsive to my service request. Kept the work area clean, wore shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect my carpet. Explained everything.

Overall experience was good. Marcus did a good job. His upfront estimate was misleading, told me how difficult job was and could go up if he finds something else. I understand all of that but when it was not that difficult and only took an hour he should have adjusted the estimate. He said he could not but I could call in. I worked with his manager Joe and resolved the issue. He reduced the rate. Still a bit high for the work performed but it was reasonable. I appreciate Joe taking the time to listen. I would use again but they really need to be more flexible when quoting. It would go a long way if the tech would reduce the rate without me having to ask.
