They came to do a once a year residential electrical inspection. Nick and John were thorough and even helped me find how to reset my outdoor outlets.

They fixed my dishwasher (which my old contractor hard wired into the ground) and added a plug, so so so nice and showed up early too!!

Dave arrived as scheduled and after a brief discussion of our shower faucet problem, he knew exactly how to make the repair. Since he had the needed replacement part in his truck, it was a fast fix. Dave was personable and professional. I will call them again if we need any other plumbing or electrical work.

Derrick, was very professional and communicated with us very well as he performed the HVAC inspection and suggested and made a repair to leaking duct plenum. He also listened to a descriptive of an intermittent issue we had with water collecting and discharging from the overflow pan and ruled out the issue we suspected and explained his diagnosis carefully so that we know what to do to avoid a future issue. He did not rush his inspection and gave us a very detailed report. He was not only clear but listened to our concerns as well.

Emily was very cordial in letting us know the appointment was upcoming and helped us select a convenient time and alerted us when Derrick was on the way. Brothers undoubtedly has the most organized and pleasant office staff of any HVAC/plumbing/electrical services provider that we have worked at in the Upstate area.

Contacted Brothers requesting electrical service. Spoke to Emily to set my appointment. Emily was very professional and efficient. The day of my appointment I received a call from Eddie advising me there was a cancellation and if coming to the house earlier would be more convenient they had the opportunity to send a technician out right then. Eddie provide me with Jacks ETA and he arrived on time and was very professional. Jack and John took care of my issue and made some recommendations while he was here. Received a very descriptive explanation of his work on my invoice. I received an email invoice with the ability to pay for he services other from the invoice. Very convenient.
Most organizations have forgotten about the customer service end of the overall experience. BROTHERS has not!!!

They offer 24/7 services, for an extra fee of course after hours, but it’s nice knowing it’s an option. The front office staff are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable and give great tips for having machinery inspection ready which is a money and time saver for the home owner.
