Had two spots on my downstairs ceiling. Didn’t know what it was coming from. Called Brothers and they sent Nate out to take a look. Diagnosed the issue and repaired the upstairs toilet with new hardware and wax ring. Nate did an outstanding job. Will definitely use Brothers again in the future!

I needed servicing on different units at different times, and couldn’t have experienced more professional techs. Brandon and Chris were both great. Shoe covers on every time they stepped in the house and off every time they stepped out. They explained everything going on, along with follow up emailed pictures and details.

I was only getting 120v into my house which was a major issue. A/C was not coming on and majority of the house didn’t have power. After going through 2 other companies that could not help me I got in touch with Brothers. First came out and did there diagnostics and troubleshooting. Found out the issue and then gave me different options along with how long they would take and the cost. Very knowledgeable in explaining everything. Set up a appointment for them to come out the following day to fix it and they did not disappoint. All they guys worked extremely hard and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. Definitely would highly recommend this company and all the people involved in helping get power back to my house, especially with it being so hot.

I called for an appointment and I was able to be scheduled that day. A technician actually called an hour later and said he was in the area and could come earlier, which was wonderful. The technicians were courteous and professional. I went over my long list of items . The main technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. They completed the work and took pictures as I had requested .highly recommend.

This is my second time calling this company. The first time they couldn't come out for a couple days so I called another provider. I still wanted to try this company because of the good reviews. This time I called and got an appt for the next day. We have low hot water pressure at our kitchen sink on a two year old Delta faucet and in our showers. The technician believes it is a faulty cartridge. Delta is sending a new cartridge under the lifetime warranty. We won't know if the problem is fixed until the cartridge comes. There is a $70 dispatch fee you approve when you call to book an appointment. The person answering the phone was very pleasant. They book appointments with two hour windows. The technician arrived at 12:30 on the 12-2 window. When he arrived he immediately advised there was a $105 diagnostics fee. After identifying the next step, and explaining options, I paid $175, and he followed up with an email for options when the Delta parts come in. The technician always put on shoe covers in the house and was very polite. The part from Delta arrived within a week. Scheduling a return trip was easy with no two hour window. They were again prompt, courteous, and professional. We paid $130 to install a new cartridge. We still have low pressure on the hot water. The only other recommendation was to get a new faucet. At this point we paid $300+ and still have the original issue. We showed the technician other parts of the house with what we believe is lower water pressure on the hot water. He said they were fine. His recommendation was to get a new kitchen faucet from Delta. For more money they would install it to see if it solves the issue. At this point we are out $300 and plan to seek a plumber who has solved this kind of issue before on a Rinnai tankless. Shower pressure gets higher when you go from all hot to a mix of hot cold. It is not an issue with a faucet. Brothers folks are nice and did the best they could. I don’t think Rinnai is an area of expertise for them. They are obviously good on many other things per the reviews.

I discovered that my garbage disposer was leaking badly on a Sunday afternoon. There was water on the kitchen floor and undeneath the sink. I called the dispatcher at Brothers plumbing. A master plumber arrived within the hour and replaced the disposer with my preferred model. He did a great job and fixed my problem quickly. I considered the bill to be quite fair, particularly given that it was Sunday. An all around great experience!
