I had to call and use their after hour service because my hot water heater started leaking water after 5. Grant was the one who came to my house not long after I called! He was so polite and professional and assured me they would take care of my water heater problems!! So thankful I called them! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

My heating went out over the weekend and I called Monday morning and was able to get a tech quickly. I have used Chris at Brothers for all heating and air conditioning needs and maintenance for several years. Absolutely the most knowledgeable tech, very friendly, great communicator! Just can’t say enough good about him.

This visit was a regular inspection of our HVAC systems. They discovered 2 small repairs needed that would save more costly repairs in the future. They are respectful and kind, they do their jobs well, and they are very honest about options and prices.

Brothers came to my home on 9/23/2022 around 8 am to replace my AC unit. I was blessed to have these men do such a great and professional job that day. They were patient and kind with my blue Weimaraner who was so curious about them. They even interacted with him and that won my heart over. My blue Weim was so happy to see them that he wanted to show them his blanket but they had just left. Thank you to the team who came out and replaced the AC unit. Y'all were phenomenal and I greatly appreciate your patience with my dogs and very professional as well. I highly recommend this company to everyone. My new AC works like a champ! Thank you

The odor of gas was noticeable in the kitchen and I called Brothers Plumbing for help. Grant was dispatched same day arriving a few hours later. Confirmed he to could smell it, he went to work trying to find leak. With no evidence of leak, he looked for options and found cause that was confirmed by company servicing my propane tank. Grant made quick service call and pointed me to actual cause. Awesome!

My 24 year old living room cathedral ceiling fan quit working. I had used Brothers before for a water heater replacement, and they were prompt and provided a good value. So I asked them for a quote to replace the fan. There was an upcharge for how high the fan was, but I considered it fair, because there was no way I could do it. I ordered the fan and matching down rod from Lowes, and the next day after I received it they showed up. The ladder they used was huge, and it took 2 people to set it up. Then they started to assemble the fan, and they noticed 1 of the fan blades was incorrectly manufactured and could not be assembled. The Brothers techs volunteered to take it back to Lowes, and exchange it for me. Once they returned with another fan, they quickly finished the job. I believe they went above and beyond. I will definitely used them again.

They replaced our water heater and also our PRV (the pressure reducer valve ) for our house.
All the guys did an amazing job. They were very professional and put everything we had to move in the garage back . I am very happy with the job they did and how nice and professional they all were. I will recommend Brothers to my friends and family.

I have been using Brothers for a little over a year now. They are organized, friendly, and efficient. I love that they provide pictures of their repairs and upgrades after every job. I highly recommend their service plan, especially if you are in an older house that needs regular maintenance or upgrades.

Andrew, Mike, Eddie, and others took very good care of us. They were responsibly priced, we didn't have to wait weeks to be seen, they showed up, and got the various jobs done on schedule. They did a meter box move and replacement for us, replaced and rewired our breaker box, fixed a leaky shower, and installed a new water heater. We'll do business with them again if needed.
