Brothers was able to provide a great value and to come out within 24-hours to replace our dead furnace with a new one they already had in-stock. Overall really great service, and really awesome techs. I will definitely be using them again.

Because of partial outages in my house I wasn't sure who to call and I had limited power for three days. A neighbor told me he had used Brothers so I called them and they scheduled a time to come out that afternoon. Casey was extremely helpful telling me when at least half of your home doesn't have power it's a Duke Energy issue. I called them and was surprised that they showed up a little before Troy was to come out and identified the problem. This made the repair much faster and after Troy picked up the part, all power was restored within minutes. Troy was so nice and I appreciated the company's quick response.

Kudos to Grant! He was able to find the origin of a plumbing issue that noone else had been able to find.
He was very knowledgeable and patient.
I have used Brothers Plumbing for several years and will not be using any other Plumbing company in the future. They are honest and I trust them.

Also want to give kudos to Nate and Tyler for doing an awesome job replacing my leaking pipe. Great work and super nice!!
And they left everything so clean...very impressed!

Jack and Tyler arrived promptly, kept the areas they worked in clean. And clearly explained their findings.
Each suggested maintenance issues that could be addressed without making me feel they were “hard selling”. Very pleased with interactions with them, and with the customer service reps who scheduled our maintenance check and kept me updated.

I'm a PM and I was looking for a new vendor for my portfolio properties (Condos, townhomes, single family homes) to call to resolve plumbing issues for my homeowners. My homeowners call me if there is a plumbing issue and then I contact the vendor, make the repair request and pay them for their repair services since I am their property manager. I didn't get to ask my questions about their services, I was cut off. I was shocked to hear that they are not interested and not taking on any new work. Maybe they thought it was a scam. I'm not sure. I don't know if they don't do residential work but I thought that is crazy because I could have made them a lot of money since I manage multiple properties with several hundred homes or units in this area that are always looking for plumbing services. Even some commercial work. She was a sweet girl. I'm not going to put her name on blast, but I think that if I had the opportunity to explain what I was looking for, this could have been a good experience. I'm not going to leave a one star or two star review, because I don't think it is right but I will say that you may want to find another vendor because they are not taking new clients or any new work apprantly. I deal a lot with Superior Plumbing and Batson's so there are some other great ones out there to look into. Thank you.

Office called throughout the process like they promised they would to update on the appointment status. The person who came out to our house was very respectful and professional. Will absolutely use again!

We were able to get service and repair on our furnace on the first of the coldest nights. The timely service provided warmth within a short time and also prevented any issues due to the cold. We are so appreciative of the friendly voice answering and scheduling our service to the professional service for repairs.

The best plumber's I have ever used. I had a hot water heater problem and when I called a man was here in a few minutes to cut the water off then 2 plumber's were here a little while after that. To check everything out . I appreciate their quick response because I didn't know what to do. Was a God send
