The team added an outlet in our bathroom for the installation of a bidet. It was done fast, at a reasonable cost, and looks awesome! It's a new home, so I'm not sure home much more work like this I'll need, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them again. Well done and thank you.

Brothers Electrical was fantastic. They had a technician at my house within an hour after I called. He put together a temporary fix to keep us cool while awaiting some parts that needed to be ordered to get our air handler up and running again. Fantastic job.

Ridiculously overpriced, technician showed up and quoted $550.00 to replace gas control thermostat. I already had gone through the warranty process with Rheem and had the replacement part. This is a one hour job and I will do it myself.

I was scheduled to have an HVAC and Electrical inspection as part of my contract with Brothers. The inspection was to take place between 2 and 4PM. The day prior to the inspection I was called and asked that if the team could come over earlier could I accommodate them? I said call me on the day and I will let you know. On the day, Brothers called shortly before 11 and asked if they could come earlier at 11:30AM. I said that would be fine. They showed as promised at 11:30 but it was only the HVAC inspectors. I called Brothers and asked when the Electrical team was going to show up? They said sometime between 2 and 4PM. My gripe is you need to tell the customer there are two (2) different teams coming to do this inspection. The reason I said to come earlier is that my afternoon would then be free. Rather than spend the afternoon waiting for the electrical team I cancelled that inspection all together. What you should have told me is I can get the HVAC inspection at 11:30 but you will have to wait for the electrical inspection between 2 and 4 PM. That is something I would not have done had I known.

Needed a tankless water heater fixed on Christmas Eve. Kyle had a great professional attitude and was exceptional (prompt, did not give up on solving the problem, was able to repair and insulate the frozen piping/clogged exhaust line) even though it was freezing work conditions!
