Juan came in April to do maintenance on my HVAC system. In June Tim came to replace a part. Both were very professional and knowledge about my unit. Today I was visited by an old friend, Paul McCloud, in response to a problem I was having with my air conditioner. Paul fixed a loose water pipe that served as a condensate pipe and did not even charge me. He has earned my business and I will call Sanders whenever I need service again.

I've been using this company for 15+ years. Not happy with the response to the water leaking from my unit. Also the damage it's done to my exterior door. Waiting to here from the service Manger on what action the company is going to take to fix the leak and repair my exterior door.

I was very impressed with the prompt attention and quick restoration of our HVAC system. The service call was professionaly handled and their technician Johnny who arrived with prior notice, on time, was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes.
