We first hired Home Comfort Solutions to replace our old central AC/heating system. From our first meeting with one of their team members, James, we could tell we were in good hands. Because of the unique architecture of our house, cooling and heating can be quite a challenge. James stayed with us for hours discussing possible configurations for our ac units. We ran into lots of issues, as the house was also undergoing renovations at the time, so they had to come multiple times to install. They have been fantastic, friendly, professional, and fast each and every time we have encountered them. Every time I call to ask for a repair technician, one is provided to me either the day of, or the day after my call. They are the best in the business!

Rick is an HVAC professional. We had a balance issue which he corrected. We bought a new home that had the wrong size heater installed. Sanders sent Paul McCloud, comfort consultant, and we purchased a new PROPER size unit and it was the best money spent. Constructive review will follow pending resolution of issues with install and service charge for warranty on defective part install. Still waiting on information regarding exact defective valve and reassurance that same defective part and valid OEM coil they suggest will not be what they want to put in. Less than 2 years with unit (as of summer 2022), valve failure and this company will charge $1,200+ for service after I paid them $7,000+ for ac/furnace unit. I was pretty easy going even though it was hot and pretty frustrating the lack of communication from Sanders and the disappointing performance of the unit. After inspection with another company it looks like compressor is also bad. 1-3-23 and So far no further contact from company after they said they would reach out to Heil for help. Waranty is for parts and not for service (which, according to another company will run me more than $2000+ for service cost to replace coil/compressor/add new coolant . Failure a couple weeks before 2 year anniversary and this will cost me quite a bit. I miss my Trane (no worries for 15 years) . This ICP/Heil is becoming a regret. I will update and add stars if company reaches out and helps make it right. I thought Heil stood behind their products. I reached out to them also with no reply.

We had Sanders perform furnace maintenance on our 4 yr old system today. Some of our neighbors have had to make hvac repairs so we wanted a thorough check. Earlier in the year we were told by another company the furnace had ash and poor combustion but waited for a second opinion. Johnny from Sanders was excellent in his customer service, answered my questions, explained and repaired the issue. So thankful for this service!

Called on a Saturday morning when our heat went out. The last who took the call was great! She scheduled Clarence to come out in just a couple of hours. He was prompt and very professional. He thoroughly expanded the problem and our options. Would highly recommend that services.
