Crandall was quick to respond for quotes at our new home. The techs on site were courteous, knowledgeable and pretty thorough. They explained everything with plain, straightforward information. We did not use this company only due to budget issues on my end not realizing how expensive a whole house system replacement would be, but would recommend giving them a call. Their pricing was inline with a few other quotes I received.

The installation of a two zone system went very well. The work was done in a tight space but the final product was a great improvement over the existing setup. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the technicians were right on time. Very satisfied with this project.

Crandall Heating and Air provides excellent service. 5 stars! Kathy kept me updated on every aspect from ordering the parts to times for repairs and arrival times. The price was fair. They had my heat back up and running in less than 24 hours! The servicemen that came to my home were professional, polite and expedient. I could not have been more pleased. They will be back in April to service my A/C unit.

Crandall Heating and Air goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to their customers!! They took my call on Christmas Eve (outside of normal business hours) when our furnace was out. They were patient and took the time to evaluate it over the phone and gave me some useful information to try before having to send an emergency tech to evaluate. They could have easily not taken my call but the fact that they did and were able to help in a timely fashion will definitely make me a repeat customer the next time we come across HVAC issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can confidently say that our company will be using Crandall Heating & Air Inc again for any potential repair that we might have in our warehouse. We originally had reached out for different companies which took them forever to get back and we could not get in touch with the accounting team to make a payment to proceed with the services. It was extremely cold, so we needed to get our heating back up as soon as possible. While looking for different companies around the area, I gave Crandall Heating a call and the technician was out within an hour. The technician checked the area, came back with the appropriate equipment and fixed the issues in a timely manner.

They were on time, professional, told me how long it would take& finished in that time. The two were also polite @ friendly.

Heat went out Christmas Eve (Saturday) morning. They called me back quickly and had a technician out within two hours. Very impressed.

We have used Crandall Heating & Air Inc. 3 times now for our HVAC issues and they come through every time. They fix the problem and keep us cool, or warm. We tried another company once who told us we needed to replace the system for thousands of dollars, but Crandall is fairly priced and repairs what's needed. We are so happy to have businesses like this around. Love you guys! You're the best.
