I don't need lots of air conditioner service. I do most things myself BUT when the sealed part of our system seemed to have failed, I had to find someone to service it. Under the recommendation of a good friend I contacted Crandall H&A via email. They emailed me back the same day and said that Keith would be calling me. Keith made and appointment... and then kept it! He did not show up late or intoxicated, like some people I've had come. He knew what he was doing and had my system going again in two hours. He was full of helpful advice and explained what he was doing... I like that. He said the thing we all hate to hear... you need a new this and it's going to cost $,$$$. But in the end, he had an alternative he would not guarantee, but said he had not seen it fail. 3# of gas (Don't call it Freon!), a can of stop leak, some coil cleaner and Keith's pro expertice cost me $600. The systems running fine again, Fine? It is almost too cold, I get "frosted" sitting by my computer which is near a vent! LOL Many thanks Keith of Crandall H&A. Keith did a great job of servicing my unit as well as explaining how the units worked and the importance of keeping them in good order.

The service has always been good but I’m surprised they charged $95 for a 5 minute phone call and they did not have to come to the house It was just a resetting the system
