I thoroughly appreciated my experience with this company. They were quick to come out and help when my air conditioning stopped working, which was a saving grace. The owner, Justin, was so kind and honest and explained all my options to me without any pressure. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. In my situation, they were able to do the work in one day and it was as of they were never there.

Great company! New walk in freezer works well and the process went as smooth as possible for an undertaking like that. They were happy for my business and I was happy to have them for this. I was nervous about the process but I have to say they really did take care of it all from start to finish. The guy who came to lead the installation was really good - I’m assuming he was the owner or at the least senior management. Made all the difference in the world for that process.

RSI is who we close to replace all duct work and add zoning to our HVAC system. During the process as well as years afterwards, we continue to be impressed with this company. They are prompt, honest and communicative. Justin, the owner, has gone above and beyond on a few occasions.

Called these guys in crisis mode when my walk-in freezer went out! The owner must've sensed my panic, because he personally came out that day, took care of handling the warranty information, and explained the process thoroughly. Will DEFINITELY use these guys again!! Highly recommend!!

This company does not care about their customers. They are not willing to work with them. This was my first time doing business with this company and I feel cheated, will never do business with them again. Even when its their technicians fault, they still do not try to go out of their way to fix the mistake of their company. They charged me $1150 to do absolutely nothing. They just kept adding charges on top of charges, would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
