Chisholm Plumbing, Air & Electric

How do I start.. our AC was old and starting to fail. We reached out to Chisholm plumbing and hvac, due to our previous AC guy recommended them. I spoke with owner John about scheduling my appointment, he bent over backwards to get us what we needed and actually worked out that we got it the very next day installed! Our two installers, Mark and Brice were on time, very professional the entire time they were here. They went above and beyond what we feel was necessary in the care of the belongings in our home.. moving in and out the new unit past the walls was tough, but they made it look like professionals… lol cause they were. Our install was done in a matter of hours and we were back to having cool air in the house. They both went over all the WiFi thermostat settings and answered any questions we had.. I could go on for hours about the professionalism that Mark and Brice had.. I also want to note 2 other service techs.. Matt and Bobby.. both are awesome and will help you anyway they can. We are customers as long as they will have us after this experience..
ps. The girls that answer the phone are proffesional also. That’s so nice to hear in todays world!!

Chisholm provided me with a very good overall experience. Beginning with a customer friendly representative who listened to my request, to the text/emails both confirming my appointment and providing a heads up on the pending arrival of their technician, and culminating with the service call that was handled by a very professional tech. Matt, the technician, heard my concerns and provided the service I needed and provided some future options without being pushy or inpatient on a late Friday afternoon. I can recommend Chisholm because of Matt and his support group and will work with them again.

Travis and Mark were awesome during our estimate and installation. There was another gentleman that help with our installation and I can’t remember his name. Everyone was very thorough throughout the process. Upfront with costs and recommendations. My background is construction and I highly recommend them for future work for anyone in the market.

We have used Chisholm ever since we moved to SC and would not trust our mid-century home to anyone else. Brandon knows our home and takes the time to communicate and to provide options with the numerous issues we have had with old plumbing. You can trust their professional knowledge and integrity. Their maintenance plans are also great value.

Matt was a great technician, very honest, knowledgeable, thorough, polite, helpful and kind. He answered all my questions. When he was finished examining my entire A/C system, he offered me 3 different options to improve my A/C issues, each at a different cost to allow for my budget. He was never judgmental, but accepted & understood my decision. I would highly recommend this company, especially if Matt is an example of their service techs.

We had a great experience with Chisholm! When our AC went out, a repair tech was able to come by the next day. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job fixing the AC. We’ll be recommending them to our friends and using them in the future.

Ben and Dustin were great got the issue resolved and offer the solution for the correct fix. Very professional and glad to have met them. These are the type of tech that make me a forever customer Thanks again guys. Highly recommended. Use this company. They truly do treat you like family.

Bryce and Mark were so pleasant to deal with. Very friendly and answered all our questions. They put a vapor barrier down and taped off underneath whole house. They arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! Office staff was very professional, responsive, and scheduled in a timely manner. Awesome job!
