Matt Pittman came and did our maintenance for the spring he was very professional and very nice he explained everything to me and treated me with respect I really like him and he did a great job!

I contacted Chisholm because I was unable to address the leak to my outdoor hose bibs. I contact them on Monday and received an appointment for Wednesday.

Krystle was helpful with scheduling a fast and early appointment for me to address the issue. She also shared information re: HVAC and plumbing maintenance package via email and confirmed the receipt of information via text.

On the date of service, I received a text notification that the plumber was on the way. AL and Dustin arrived on-time within the reasonable 2 hour window. They were both friendly, informative, honest, eager to share their knowledge and experience and left no stone unturned. They answered all my questions, inspected the issue I called about and provided estimates for multiple future plumbing projects.

Some may think the price charged was a bit high to change a part on the hose bibs, but the amount of time they spent with me, the attention to details, and the knowledge they shared was worth its weight in gold.

As a first rime homeowner and being new to the area, I have learned and understood the importance of finding a reliable, prompt, and detail oriented professionals. As for resolving my issue and plumbing goes, AL and Dustin were fantastic (my doggos really liked them too).

I hope I would never have to address anymore repair issues on a brand new home in the near future, but we all know that repairs and upgrades are inevitable. Therefore, I personally would contact them again and recommend them both for plumbing needs within my new development. I will also be exploring HVAC services/maintenance plans with the company after my current warranty expires.

Couldn't be happier with the install of a new heating system. Very responsive to my request for service and installed the units the next day. Arrived promptly and answered all my questions. I'll be keeping their number handy since they also do plumbing and electrical. Would highly recommend this company.

Update: 1/24/23
Annual check-up on my HVAC unit this morning. They were early to arrive bit I was notified in advance. Work completed after finding a problem with the motor which was covered and no additional cost to me. Travis was friendly and professional.

Bryce very polite, courteous and timely. He installed the damper for the furnace and showed me how to change it for warm weather.

Matt serviced my cooling system. Not only did he go above and beyond the service agreement, but he also cleaned filters ( in the ceiling) which I could not reach. He also explained some system improvements which could increase the efficiency and safety of my system. As always, he was prompt, friendly and courteous. He is a credit to the company.

We are very pleased with Chisholm. They are friendly folks, know their stuff, and the communication around appointments and reminders is excellent.

Called Chisholm to garbage disposal. The receptionist was polite and professional and scheduled to come out the following morning. oplumber arrived in the morning, gave me a reasonable quote and said he could install it right now. I was pleased with their service and quality. I’d recommend them to my friends.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable, reasonable pricing & financing options. Highly recommend. Revised 3/9/21: Al came out to replace a portion of our sewer line that was crumbling. Was on time, courteous, took the time to love on my 2 dogs rather than ignore them,( important to me) and got the job done very quickly. I mentioned that our water bill had doubled in the last 2 months. He investigated & found a cracked check valve that was leaking & repaired it while he was here.
No having to wait & make another appointment. Great service!
Revised: had an issue with an external leak from our washing machine line. Called & they were able to work us in the same day. Issue fixed & washer draining properly once again.
3/9/23: Matt came out to do our yearly inspection on time & he was very personable & professional. Explained what he was doing & what he found and made some suggestions to improve the humidity in our attic. Really appreciate his promptness & suggestions & will be considering our options.
