It was easy to schedule an appointment for diagnosis and repair. I received a confirmation text for my appointment time and another text advising me that the service tech was on his way to my house. My service tech was Travis Jones. He was punctual and extremely professional and pleasant during the diagnosis. He had to order a part for my unit and he let me know that it would be available for installation the following day. He had my follow up appointment scheduled and showed up right on time to install the part. The entire process was stress free. I would like to thank Chisolm HVAC and especially Travis Jones for making this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend !!!

Had new heating/AC unit installed within one day of service call. Travis with sales team explained everything and gave me options . Mark and Bryce arrived next day to install unit. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Chisholm Heating and Air.

Was the second company to look at my mini split unit. Tech was super helpful, nice, walked me through everything going on. Price to inspect the issue was good. Unfortunately my unit was a cheaper one from Lowes that failed so have to weigh options but the tech was super helpful explaining options and what made sense.

Travis gave us excellent service! He was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The bill was fair and reasonable too. We will definitely be calling him again😊

Chad was the technician that came to our home and did a remarkable job getting our AC going again. He went out of his way to make sure we were up and running in a timely manner. Professional and knowledgeable….:HIGHLY recommend this company!!

These people are amazing Our hot water heater was having issues and needed immediate attention. We called Chisholm and Al Phillips came out the next morning and gave several choices to resolve our problem with a thorough explanation of all of them. The next day 2 very qualified technicians, Dustyn & Ben came & installed our new hot water heater. I never would have known they were even here if I hadn’t seen them. They efficiently did their job and left the area where they worked immaculate. I highly recommend this company for any service you need, they will be all we use in the future. It’s good to know professionalism still exists in the world. Thank you Chisholm!

Matt Pittman was at our home last week to perform regular maintenance under our maintenance plan on our HVAC system that we purchased two years ago. Matt was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I always have the best experience’s with Chisolm. All the technicians are always friendly & knowledgeable. Matt Pittman came out today to help with some AC issues and he was great! He was quick, kind & courteous. Highly recommend! 10/10

Mark and Bryce were excellent. They were professional and clearly cared about the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to use them again. Ben did an excellent and quick job on the water heater and pressure valve. Big thanks to John and their team.
