A/C system stopped cooling. I called Chisholm and they responded the next day. The technician was very professional and located the problem in about 15 minutes. It was electrical in nature and was repaired in 30 minutes. He checked the entire system and corrected some minor issues. Total time on site was about 90 minutes. I was very satisfied and will use this company in the future.

Our old heat pump went out and stopped cooling. Chisholm gave us the best price for a replacement system and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the heat of the summer before our unit was scheduled to be installed. They were efficient and friendly during the installation process. I would definitely recommend this company!

Called for a estimate to replacement my HVAC system. The Tech came out and said that he would send an estimate by email later that day. I received the estimate and to my shock it was for almost $9000. Usually I wouldn't be shocked by the price I would just continue my shopping process, but in this case I was astonished by the price as this company has an advertisement on facebook and a general internet search for $3900 dollars for system up to a 3 ton replacement unit. Beware of this company and there bit and switch tactics. I also believe they do business under the name "Value heating and cooling" with the same bit and switch advertising. When I call this company the lady stated I had already talked with one of its "sister companies" and she would have them call me back.

Matt Pittman was on time to the house, even sending a message stating he was on the way. He explained everything to me and showed me where the problem was. Installed tankless water heater which is great! Found copper pipe leaks also and replaced water lines with PEX. Very responsive scheduling, timely installation and repairs . Minimal disruption in water source. Great plumbers who were very efficient and informative.
